This is the second time he has been here and we like the attention he pays to potential problem we may have. During the COVID 19 crisis he ensure that he is always masked and maintains a safe distance from the customers. I'm glad he works for the company.I've had prior employees from the company who seems not to care for me the costumer (no mask and safe distance), and or do terrible work by rushing through the treatment process at our home.As long as we have Matt as out Tech we will be staying with the company.

I called 4 nights in a row with several questions, most people would have rushed me through but they didn't, everyone I spoke with was so patient and kind, this was a difficult and frustrating process that they made so much easier and explained everything to me step by step, another company had said they'd be at my house for an hour and a half tops if they did the work, but Tyler scheduled out several hours to complete the job, I knew they weren't rushing through jobs but taking their time and getting the job done right the first time...!
