Bills Pest service has been a pleasure working with I had some concerns about treatment of some she'd she'd areas, when the unit was first treated I was in process of purchasing the home and hadn't received the keys to open everything up! We called the office and they had Curtis come back right away to treat the shed area's. Curtis was very pleasant and professional and took care of everything for us! We had a very bad scorpion situation when we moved into our house because the previous owner did not do pest control. The problem was so bad that we were seeing multiple (10+) scorpions in the house on a weekly basis. We noticed an improvement within a few days after the first treatment. We did see a couple scorpions in the house between treatments, and Blue Sky was great about sending someone out within a day or two to re-treat. They have done such a great job that in 2021, we have not seen a single scorpion in the house or on the patios. In addition to the great results, they provide amazing customer service and all of their workers are extremely professional. I definitely recommend giving them a call for your pest control needs!

My family is from Alaska, so this pest control is new to us. UD was recommended to us from a concierge service that assisted us in setting up out utilities, etc. I'm sure glad they did! Upon meeting Dax, I must say I was surprised how young he was, but immediately thought, I bet this handsome young man has been neck deep in pests his whole life. Yup. Family First Pest Control has been handling my pest control for the last several months now and I have to say I am very impressed! They come out when they say they are going to and they are at my property treating it for WAY longer than the previous two pest control companies were. Clearly they are much more thorough. We have used Arizona Organic for years and years and Dan has always been our tech. He is awesome. Always has time to answer my questions and of course pet our dogs, who love him! He always texts me to let me know our service time is due and when he'll be here. When Dan was out for a medical issue, we sure missed him. It's great having him back!

Austin came out to our house to inspect for what we thought were bed bugs and he told us they weren't bed bugs! I really appreciated his honesty! We ended up signing up for a service he recommended that was way less expensive to get rid of the carpet beetles. Austin was very professional and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this company!!

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.
