We have used this company on several properties and never see termites again. Their prices seem fair and their work is tidy. They have very good communication - the team lead Matthew Lane called in advance and explained everything to me even though I had already received a full explanation when the company came out to quote. Matt worked with Tyler and they left the place looking good and were very polite despite working in 107 degree heat. We will use and recommend them again.

Had one of their exterminators come out to fix a minor roach problem we saw starting up. About a week or so later they were still walking around the floors and not dying. Called and spoke with one of their reps; Tim I believe his name was and was told that they are not going to guarantee their service as their website boasts in big bold letters they would. Instead I was solicited to buy more of their services at a lightly discounted rate for being a previous customer.Granted this may have been an isolated incident as there are plenty of other good reviews out there. I would still say to shop around because there are many competitors in this line of work.Update 9/4/2019 - I was recommended a product you can get online called onslaught. I mixed it and sprayed myself right after this service call and have had zero issues in the last 5 years. One spray every 6 months and I have yet to see a roach or bug in my house. Do some research, it's cheaper, more effective and takes about 30 minutes a year.

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. He was very professional and took the time to educate myself and our kids about scorpions. He even gave them a UV light to look for them when the sun wend down. When Craig comes every other month he has been very knowledgeable & polite. When we have a question he always answers and never makes us feel stupid.Jason came in 7/15/19 to do a termite inspection and he was also wonderful. We even had some questions about need and he was wonderful with his answers and very knowledgeable.We have been extremely pleased with the people at Western Exterminator. I would always recommend them.

Alex with Trojan Pest Control services performed a home inspection for us during our purchasing process. He was extremely thorough in his task, report, and recommendation based on his findings, and he was quick to complete his work. The 165 page report identified exactly what we needed to know going into this deal. We highly recommend Alex and Trojan Pest Control services to anyone needing a home inspection.

I was a customer of Western Exterminator for over 8 years. When we sold our house in November to move out of state I called and cancelled our services. We had been billed bi-monthly and over paid by $50. At the time I was told it takes up to 5 weeks to get a refund. I called at the end of December because I hadn’t seen a credit and was told a refund would be issued. Again mid-January... a credit would be issued. Still unresolved by Jan 22 I asked to speak to someone higher up. The assistant to a district manager did finally call me back and said they would make sure the check would be mailed. Here we are on February 12. No check. No response. Nothing. I would have recommended this company but cannot based on this terrible customer service. When you call you can’t get through to anyone in the department that can actually help. Buyer beware of this company.

Extremely satisfied with this company. They were fast, prompt and most importantly did an amazing job. Kyle was knowledgeable, personable and worked fast to tackle our issue! This company made my family feel at ease and helped us get a hold on a growing issue. One last thing, my dogs dont like people but they liked Kyle so that should tell you a lot! I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them for all our insect and pest needs!

Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.
