The owner Brad came to my door after spraying my next door neighbor's yard. I was reluctant because I had been with Sunrise Pest Control for 14 years. I agreed to try his service. All I can say is that for the last 14 years I realized through Urban Pest that I had been overcharged, under serviced and taken advantage of from Sunrise that whole time. Brad is the owner. You deal directly with him. You will receive the most excellent customer service I can describe....and no more scorpions. One service from this company and the bugs were dead everywhere. Use this company....don't settle for inferior service!!!!! These guys are mine for life!!

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say. Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

It seems that I have been dealing with Austin on a biweekly basis for the past month and a half or every three weeks. He is very helpful, professional, courteous, and goes above and beyond his services. He is exceptional! He came to the home initially back in April spray the home. Very happy with the service I recieve monthly. From the first call with Dyann I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Employees are professional and helpful. Work with my schedule and my needs.

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!
