Best Roach Control in Phoenix AZ

The day finally came, our house had fallen victim to termites. We used Yelp to search for a company with good reviews and came across Bill's. I called for an appointment and was able to get it for the day that fit MY schedule (bonus). Gemma came out to do our inspection, on time and she was great. Very knowledgeable and super nice. She did a thorough inspection, explained everything to us about the treatment and gave us a quote. I was pleasantly surprised at the total and scheduled the appointment. Wayne came out to do the treatment and he was on time and ready to go. No joke, this guy is a worker. Two hours later he was done drilling, digging, spraying, cleaning. Could hardly tell he was ever even there. He was professional and courteous and did a great job. Overall we had a great experience with this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone looking for a good experience while dealing with a bad one - termites!

This company has been one of the easiest to work with. They have a portal where you can find anything you need about your account and tech. Great communication between the tech when they are onsite. Daniel and Max have been great. Thanks!

Waited 5 weeks once I signed up for the weed service only to be told the morning of the service that it needs to be rescheduled, so finally after 7 weeks the tech shows up, but late.The tech applied Barricade 4FL which is a pre-emergent (no post-emergent) and was here for 2 hours and sprayed all the areas that were agreed upon at the original meeting.Time will tell if this service is good for a year. In the past I had companies spray every 6 months and the previous service was quarterly but they kept cancelling and I couldn't get them out even though they raised their prices (see other reviews)I hope all goes well as I'd like to use them for termite/pest control in the future.

We have been using Josh with Family First Pest Control for over a year now. We absolutely love how knowledgable, thorough, and professional he is. The last couple times I have sent him messages, he responded back right away and answered all my questions. Every year previous we seemed to have gotten a cockroach or two that made it into the house around spring time. However, since we have used Family First, I have only noticed one dead roach outside my house. I can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend Josh and his business!

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!
