So whoever I spoke to on the phone was great and had great solutions to solving our cricket issue and knew exactly where they could be coming from. Well when the technician arrived, she had no idea we even had a cricket issue. I told her the lady on the phone explained all these things the technician would be doing and everywhere they would be spraying. Well the tech had no clue about any of this. So I called the company hoping to speak to the same lady (who I think may have been one of the owners?) well someone else answered and I told her the tech didn’t seem to know what I was trying to explain and I was wondering if someone could explain to her where to spray. the girl on the phone laughed and told me the tech probably knew what to do and no one needed to call her to explain anything. The tech sprayed the home but I was really dissapointed when all she used to spray was a little can that we could’ve bought on amazon or the pest control store for $40.. and we were already looking to buy the same product but assumed they used something stronger. She only sprayed the window sills?? Even though the crickets were not coming in there. They were only in the bathroom dropping from the exhaust fan. She said the monthly spray was the same as thing and they only spray the window sills? Which I was super confused by. She forgot to have us sign the invoice and when she remembered she came back and we signed it and on the invoice we see “cricket issue, please spray j-trim and fans”........ so clearly she did not read this prior which was upsetting. Well there’s still crickets and this company unfortunately didn’t fix our issue

Originally hired to get rid of scorpions, which was a big problem at my last home. Our previous pest control did little, saying scorpions are hard to get rid of, which is true. Not only did blue sky stop the scorpion problem, we almost never see other pests in the home, and if we do, they take care of it. They are always professional and on time, their website is easy to use. I don’t use anyone else.

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. He was very professional and took the time to educate myself and our kids about scorpions. He even gave them a UV light to look for them when the sun wend down. Tyler serviced our property. He was very clear and thorough with his explanation of everything. He went above and beyond to treat all of the concerns we had. He was very mindful of how he worked. Despite the heat he took his time spraying around the house. I by mistake left the front door open and Tyler was kind enough to shut it since I had already left. We have had great service from Action. Our service tech Pilipo comes to spray our home for cockroaches and scorpions every other month. Pilipo is always on time and does a great and thorough job but most importantly he is very very kind and respectful. We love Pilipo!

Have been using this company and its predecessor for several years. Moved to a new house that has occasional scorpions inside and have been disappointed with the lack of effectiveness of their treatment. Called for extra inside service at each siting and was told that the treatments last for months and none is needed. Treatment doesn't work for scorpions!

He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
