I recently switched to Sexton from another pest control company. I have been very happy with the service I have received and the customer service is amazing. I use them both for personal use at my home and they service my 144 unit property that I manage. My residents have mentioned how nice their Mike is and how safe they feel while they are in their home. Every time I call they are on it and out within 24 hours. They have yet to let me down. They said my termite treatment came with a 5 year warranty...great right. Well a year later I get a $250 bill for my termite warranty coverage. They never mentioned it cost anything to keep the warranty. After several bills and several phone calls later I finally just tell them to get their rented property out and cancel my warranty. So they finally did. They said they canceled it over the phone, they removed their product, I received a receipt that it was removed figured it was finally all done, 3 weeks later I get another bill for $250! I'm so livid. These people are crooks and super annoying.

The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with. We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.
