Best Pest Removal in Phoenix AZ

I had several tubes in my garage. Bill's came out to treat my entire property in November . I waited abt 6 months to give a more accurate review as to their effectiveness. So far, no more tubes.The price was right and the service guy was friendly. My one complaint is that I wish I had known that they spray chemicals on the surface of the ground rather than under, as I was initially told. I would've brought my animals in ahead of time. That said, the service guy was nice enough to offer to stop and return later once i wrangled my pets. Otherwise, all else was great. And they even offer an extra year warranty for writing a review. Great deal!

Service is good and always has been, however with the Covid issues, they can not currently perform indoor services. If they can't do that, I feel I shouldn't be charged the full amount for when they could previously.Also, I used to receive emails a few days ahead of scheduled service so I could make sure the dog was locked up or any other preparations. Then it turned into the day before, now I just get a knock on the door when they show up without any notice.Minor issues, all the rest is great regarding the actual pest control.

We first used Urban Desert Pest Control in Peoria about 5 or 6 years ago, and loved their service. We are now in the East valley and still are getting the same 5 star service!!

I originally called green home pest control as I saw their ad on groupon and thought it would be a good deal. They began to come out and I continually had to have them come back. Then I called and asked how often they were coming out they told me bi monthly I asked them to come out at least every 25 days as we have been told in the past that the chemicals wear off about every 28 days. They Never changed our service plan so today I called to cancel and they tried to pull this ohhh well your under contract with us and you owe us $170 of a cancelation policy etc etc etc. Well sorry Green home but since you never got rid of my bugs you were in breach of the contract from the first time you came out.. PEST CONTROL COMPANIES ARE HIRED TO REMOVE PESTS !!!

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. He was very professional and took the time to educate myself and our kids about scorpions. He even gave them a UV light to look for them when the sun wend down. Highly recommend Alex and Copper State Pest Management

Josh does a great job in treating our yard for scorpions. He really takes his time and inspects our yard. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone looking to get their house treated.

We’ve used them at two homes and our business and they are really responsive, on time or even early and every tech is so kind. I had Matt today and he answered all my questions and was really calm while I wrangled dogs and kids. I always feel like our homes are protected and never see the dogs or kids react to their solution. Great company! Great service!

He was supposed to spray both the inside and the outside of my house. I paid $110 and he only sprayed the outside. He then lied and said the tenants did not want him to come into the house. Total lie. He made no effort to make it right.

Bradon came to help as we were having issues with ant hills in our yard. He was polite and thorough and explained the best way to treat the problem. Very happy with the service we've received from Moxie!

Alex Alvarez from Trojan Pest Control and Home Inspections is professional and very thorough with his inspections. He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
I highly recommend Alex and will continue to recommend him and use anytime an inspection is needed. I also use Trojan Pest monthly at work and my condo to keep pests away. Alex and Israel are an awesome team! They are quick and responsive to any situation. I am also always greeted by Dyann nicely and professionally when I call for service!

I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying.

When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property.

We plan to use them on a regular basis for both homes.

Wow! These folks are the real deal! Great customer service and I’m so grateful to Tyler for going above and beyond for us! It’s hard to find service like that anymore! I hope the pigeons don’t come back but... if they do... it’s a great excuse to hire the same team here again!
