We've been using Moxie for a couple years now and their customer service has been great when we've reached out for billing questions and their field experts have always been really kind and helpful as well. Frank K. treated our house yesterday and he was great. He kept a distance when we spoke about any concerns or requests I had, he took care to address those and then came back to chat after he treated our house to explain areas he avoided and areas he treated. Excellent service and so happy to continue being their customer.

These guys are great! They came out today to do their regular check up and really were fantastic. I have redone my front and back yards and several of the traps had been removed at that time. Today they replace some and repositioned so that all is good. After they were don they checked in with me and said no charge for replacing those. Fantastic!!

I was not informed by the sales rep that I was paying monthly but only getting service once every 3 months. I think this is crucial information. I called in after seeing the new charge to find out when the next service would be. After finding out Im paying $40 every month but they are only coming once every 3 months, I said well then maybe I should cancel. Phone rep was very rude and argumentative saying I should have read the contract although I never received one. The sales rep had me sign a little signature pad on his phone to agree to the service. When I say I am considering cancelling, she says we will charge you $210. I specifically told her I would dispute that with my credit card but I dont want to cancel with her. Once I hung up, they charged me the $210 anyway. This business is a scam and I regret ever signing up.

My husband found a mouse in our bathroom yesterday and I called up them, They assured me someone would be out the same day within a few hours. As promised Dylan shows up and takes care of the mouse issue. Luckily it was an isolated issue but they checked our water closet and sealed holes that had been left after our pipes had been installed after our water heater replacement. He also sealed holes behind our toilets and under our sinks to ensure no rodents invite themselves to our home. In addition to that traps were placed in the water closet as well. He was a pleasure to talk to as he is very knowledgeable and funny. My husband and I thank you again.

I also just found out the other side of the company takes care of swimming pools! Which is great because mine was just finished this last week! If that that side of the company does half of what the pest control side did me and my family I know my pool will be in excellent hands!

I use ryan for weed control. He is very knowledgeable with plants, trees and insects. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

The Dales came out yesterday and did an inspection and sprayed for insects,etc. Service was great and I will be using them ongoing!

We have used De Soto pest control for a few years now and are very satisfied with the job they perform at our house. Ben is always on time and very personable. If we have any issues, he comes back the next day and takes care of it. I would highly recommend this company for pest control.
