When I called the office for an appointment for a termite inspection, they were able to send someone to my home that day. The representative came on time and was respectful and clear in what he explained to me. The technicians who came to treat my home were willing to explain to me exactly what they were going to do and how they would do it. They worked great as a team and got my treatment done quickly. They also warned me about keeping my dog away from the treatment areas until it dried. I felt that Bills Pest and Termite Control did a good job for me.

Matt from Insect-tek was out today and did a great job of treating our house for insects both inside and outside our home. This is the second time he has been here and we like the attention he pays to potential problem we may have. During the COVID 19 crisis he ensure that he is always masked and maintains a safe distance from the customers. I'm glad he works for the company.I've had prior employees from the company who seems not to care for me the costumer (no mask and safe distance), and or do terrible work by rushing through the treatment process at our home.As long as we have Matt as out Tech we will be staying with the company.

Kole came and did our quarter pest treatment. She explained what she was going to do and asked if we would like the inside and garage also treated this time. We had everything treated. She did a good job and was very complete.

I'm not typically a person who writes reviews, but House Doctor Exterminating sets the bar high with customer service. The ladies in the office and the technician were super friendly and helpful. I picked this company because of their overwhelming good reviews on Google and Yelp and they absolutely live up to their 5 star rating. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Adam and his team at Bug Science are amazing. They are on time, they care about their clients (and the pets) and we're so grateful not to be inundated with bugs! A lot of peace of mind. And they also have a fantastic anti-scorpion program that you just have to see.

With the wet weather, we had many types of bug infestation on our property. We did our best to treat ourselves for months. We called T-Bird and Gary, the owner, came out the same day for an estimate. Within a week we had massive improvements in our plant health and elimination of insects. Thank you Gary for taking excellent care of us at a reasonable cost!
