On November 29, 2018, Loretta and son of Bill's Pest & Termite Co came to my house at 26th Street to perform a termite control task. Loretta is very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job. Well done and greatly appreciated.Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating and Phoenix had a heavy rain about 10 hours after the job was completed. I called the office during the morning of November 30 and was assured by the owner that once the chemical was crystallized in about 2 hours, there would be no dilution of the chemical.

I used Urban Pest Control for my house and my father's house and they were awesome!The technician that came to my house was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was referred by a coworker and I have referred them to my sister in law and I always hear great things about their experiences. They also have very good prices for their services. I have used Insectek at two different locations in the past seven months and they have been fantastic! Responsive, flexible when I have had to change my schedule, friendly and most importantly....extremely effective!!I had temporarily moved into a furnished rental property that was located on a lake back in July and immediately saw an issue with cockroaches and flying ants, as the property had been left vacant with no service being provided over the summer months. YUCK! Not being used to anything like this in all of my previous homes, Insectek came in immediately to help and spent quality time treating the property inside and out. Their staff members took the time needed to check out the issues and determine the root cause of each problem which definitely calmed my fears. After just a few visits the issues were gone! I was so pleased with the quality and effectiveness of their work, not to mention their stellar customer service when scheduling or rescheduling. The staff that come out to service the property are always on time, professional, responsive, thorough and every friendly! Wayne and John have been especially terrific!Loved their work so much that when I bought my house, I brought them along as my new exterminators.Wayne especially has been fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and has educated me on a myriad of issues at the first condo I rented and more recently at my new house issues like what happens when you are away for a few weeks and your drains haven’t been used. Jacob was very thorough in his inspection. He explained what was done and showed me the end result of one of the bait stations that needed replacement. Said my property was in great shape with no evidence of termite activity.

Brent and his team has an excellent service. I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for termite treatments, termite control, or any pest control service if you are in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

Employees are crooks. Don't let them in your home unsupervised. They stole my fiancee engagement ring. And beer from my fridge. Called owner and he did nothing. Also made police report.
