They come to my house every other month for treatment. And, in between treatments, if there is a problem, they return free of charge! They go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Justin is my regular guy and he is fantastic! He not only takes care of everything, but he also educated me on what is causing some of the issues I was having (what to do and not do). We had a sense that he knew what he was doing. We also appreciated that he explained what he was going to do before he did. He used his time efficiently.
