Bill's Pest and Termite Control offers free termite inspections. My neighbors have termites, so we were concerned the termites might be at our house too. Customer Service was top notch. They were able to schedule an inspection the next day. They checked out our house and our rental property for free. No termites! No upselling either. Their view is that of you don't have termites there is no need to treat. It just gives you a false sense of security. They do recommend having your house inspected yearly. I was stunned. We had paid for Termite Control over 10 years ago and they had an upfront cost of over $1,000 plus yearly cost of $200 to maintain the warranty. This too was with no termites in the house. Refreshing to have honest and reliable service and evaluations. Highly recommend them!

I have used Insectek at two different locations in the past seven months and they have been fantastic! Responsive, flexible when I have had to change my schedule, friendly and most importantly....extremely effective!!I had temporarily moved into a furnished rental property that was located on a lake back in July and immediately saw an issue with cockroaches and flying ants, as the property had been left vacant with no service being provided over the summer months. Justin always provides superior customer service. He is dependable and always coordinates with us on a time to come and then lets us know when he is on his way. Last year we had a terrible infestation and Justin went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. Never have we had anything except exceptional service.

I use Action Termite for my regular pest control visits. They do a great job with their work and it’s not overpriced. Pilipo does a great job every time he comes. He’s professional, quick and very thorough. He explains everything well when I ask questions. They’re a great company!!

Technician was very good, polite, pleasant, communicated very well, and explained what he was doing. He cleaned up after the treatment and returned the yard to its prior state. The owner who came out for the inspection and quote was very polite, professional, thorough, and explained the treatment plan very thoroughly.
