Best Free Property Inspection in Phoenix AZ

We bought an older home in January that had been sitting vacant for about 2 years. The place was a mess & yes, there were termites. After a bit of research I called Bill's. Lisa came out to do the inspection. She was very professional & very thorough, she emailed us a detailed report of what they were going to do & how the stuff works and what we should expect. Their quote was actually a bit less than I had anticipated, which was a plus! When the technician came out to apply the products, he also was very pleasant & worked fast. When he was finished he showed me some areas that were not on the report to be treated, but applied product there just wanted to be sure we were covered - just in case. Overall this was an excellent experience. We haven't seen any sign of termites, thank goodness! They have a great warranty and we will continue to use them in the future.

Jerod was very thorough at identifying the source of my rodent issue in my attic and took alot of time identifying all of the spots they could enter my attic. I no longer have any roof rats thank you Jerod. We have used Contractors Termite Pest Control for years for monthly sprays and keep an annual termite warranty. They are awesome! TJ is our guy, and he is so easy to communicate with and knows his stuff! He is a true professional and always communicates with us for scheduling times, plus texts us when he is on his way and when he arrive ms because we have dogs. He always answers our questions too. We used Paul's for the termite inspection of our house before purchasing it. Paul marked that there was no visible evidence of termites. Immediately upon moving in, our pest control company noticed termite mud tunnels just simply walking up to the front door. Four other companies completed inspections and all found termite activity. It's very frustrating that we paid for this inspection and yet the free inspections we received afterwards were better.
