Called Green Home Pest after finding some cockroaches and crickets around one of my rental properties. I needed service ASAP so I could get new tenants in place quickly. Brian (service technician) from Green Home showed up promptly, wore a face mask and took all COVID-19 precautions given this crazy pandemic we're all dealing with. I could see results almost immediatlely and have been extremely impressed with the effectiveness of their treatment. I highly recommend Green Home Pest for all their services. I will certainly use them again in the future for this property or any others requiring pest control.

The same service man comes every month. He is nice, polite and does a very good job even Strasbourg if we are having issues with anything! We had new man this Las time. He did a good job.

I am the manager of Sun Creek Apartments. We are very pro-active about making sure our tenants get taken care off to try an eradicate any bugs reported. Let me just say we have gone through two other pest control companies and we have hired Sexton Pest Control. They have literally been the best pest control company we have ever worked with in my 6-years in this business. They are attentive, thorought, and offer services no other company would just to make sure any problems are resolved asap. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

White Horse Pest Management was a breath of fresh air. Our tech knew bed bugs inside and out, and the cost was much more affordable than others that I called. I feel at ease and I am confident that the bed bugs are gone!

Great service and the utmost integrity.

Used bi-monthly service for over a year and ended up with a beetle infestation despite regular treatments. The company says they are not responsible because that insect is not covered under the service agreement. Unfortunately, three weeks before the outbreak I pointed out the insect in a glue trap (during their regular visit) and their tech was not able to identify it and did not advise me on how to treat or what to do for prevention.

Once I noticed the problem wasn't isolated to a few bugs I called the company again. On the follow-up visit to identify the issue another tech also misdiagnosed the pest and said the company would need an additional $150 in order to treat the problem, which he thought were German roaches. I then told them that I would be discontinuing my service.

I spent the next three days treating the issue myself and left a two-star review. After the review was posted - the company called me and then wanted to help treat the problem (which was already now at least 95% rectified). They came out for another inspection and two days later for a spray - promising a special powder, which subsequently was not used.

They then asked me to remove the review. I explained to them that due to the time, effort and additional cost on my end (including 3 days where I had to take off work) I would modify the review but not remove it. Not recommended.

Contractor's Termite has been providing consistently outstanding service for us at multiple locations, both commercial and residential properties for almost three years. They stand head and shoulders above the competition. Friendly, professional and cost effective service we can highly recommend.
