I had my first sign of termites over the weekend and contacted Bills online after reading about the company on the web and finding all of the great things people had to say about them. Well, after calling and talking to Sara, they were able to send someone out so quickly I wasn't able to meet them on Monday. But, yesterday Anthony came to the house and did his magic. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the termite treatment and answered every question I had! Anthony did wonderful work and even took extra care to preserve the integrity of my flagstone covered concrete patio, which I appreciate. My wife and I were very impressed with the amount of work Anthony did in the short time he was at our home. I'll be telling all of my friends and neighbors about my service.I wish every business was operated and run by people like Sara and Anthony as well as Bills Termite and Pest control is run.

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

Have been using this company and its predecessor for several years. Moved to a new house that has occasional scorpions inside and have been disappointed with the lack of effectiveness of their treatment. Called for extra inside service at each siting and was told that the treatments last for months and none is needed. Treatment doesn't work for scorpions!

I'm so glad that we found Fromms Pest Control. The weeds in our backyard were out of control and we needed help. Nick came out to our house and sprayed the weeds and the results were amazing! We also started using Nick for our monthly pest control service. He's very communicative, punctual, and friendly. I would recommend Fromms Pest Control to anyone!

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!
