Technician Steph provided a thorough check inside and outside my house for termites. She explained what she was was looking for and why it was important. Very educational! Upon observing no evidence of termites I was pleasantly surprised to learn that no further action was recommended other than annual reinspection. No sales pitch to recommend products and services that I did not need. Bills has proven to be a competent and honest business worthy of my trust.

I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for a few months now and they are amazing. Always on time, they treat the problem at the source and are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I had termites pop up and Matt came out to give us an estimate to fix the problem right away and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Really made me feel better about the termite issue. I found Green Home Pest Control on Groupon, they honored the rate and came out within a day or two of my calling to schedule.The tech, Dave, was very friendly, removed his shoes upon entering, answered my questions and gave some helpful suggestions.

Eric came and went above and beyond during our service today. He spent a lot of time spraying outside and inside and then even alerted us to a potential additional rodent situation when he found a dropping. He volunteered to climb up into our attic to check things out. He then talked with us about what kind of roaches we may have as we tried to describe the look. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help even as we knew it was the end of the day and we were his last stop. We got amazing service and felt our issues were important. Thank you!!

Price was reasonable and the technicians were very professional. I can't comment on how well the service worked yet but i suspect my pests will be eliminated.

The company is good, but their employee who checks the outdoor traps is horrible. He'll call and leave a message when he's going to stop by, waits for no response, then shows up whether or not you are home. Our backyard traps have not been checked for 3 years due to this behavior. That's not customer service.

I’ve been using Moxie for several years for all our bug needs they are very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. There are many bug guys out there but I chose Moxie because they weren’t obnoxious like the other companies trying to use high pressure sales tactics the young man who signed me up for monthly service was professional and pleasant to talk with and over the years I’ve met several of the technicians that have come out and every single one of them were the same respectful type so I really consider myself lucky I was able to find this company knowing they will always do a top notch job every time and never try to push me into buying anything I don’t need. If your bug company is the type that wants to try to nickel and dime you to death than give these guys a try I guarantee you will be very impressed with the way they do business
