We were highly satisfied with our experience with Bill's Pest Control!! The technician that initially did our inspection was very professional, and did a very thorough inspection on our home! We made an appointment right away, as we didn't want the termites to do further damage!! The technicians came right on time to treat our home, and explained in detail what we were to expect!! They treated our home inside and out, and were finished in less than 2 hours!! I would highly recommend using this company if you have any kind of pests...they eased my mind, now I can sleep comfortably at night!!

When I noticed termite tubes coming up the foundation into my house, I started to look for a termite service. I called another company first and they wanted to charge me half of the cost of the service even before coming to see the house. Once I called Urban Desert they sounded knowledgeable and they had a no-cost estimate visit. Steve came to do the estimate and was very professional. We scheduled to have the treatment and Matt came out and walked me through what he was to do that day. After he was done, he went over everything again. He was courteous and professional. They have a great warranty and everyone we spoke with was great. The pricing, I felt, was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible!!! They were never authorized to take payments off my debit card. They insisted on me doing automatic payments, I declined! Then later was late, they took money out of my account, overdrafted it!! Will not return my phone calls, will not answer my calls!!!! I never authorized then to take money, so they in short, stole from me!!! They aren't doing anything to make it right!! Beware of them!!!! If u Fall behind with a reputable company and they have ur debit card on file, they don't charge it until u authorize it. So why is they can just take my money, put me in a negative balance with my bank??? It's fraud!!! That's the reason I didn't wanna give u bank info!!! But they all but begged for it!! A darn shame!!!

I had used multiple pest control companies at my house for the past 5 years and always had a continuous scorpions. I thought I would just have to live with them forever. I can now say I haven't seen a scorpion for over 3 months now (A NEW RECORD!!!).

Alex, with Copper State came out. He was on time, friendly, and definitely knew way more about what he was doing than all the other techs from all previous companies I've used.

He went into detail about why what the last companies were doing wasn't working, and he also found entry points where the scorpions were getting in and sealed them up on the spot for me.

On top of all this great service he provided to me he also went way above and beyond and leaf blowed my yard to make it look nice and clean for no extra cost. Alex truly does care and it shows. I will now be using him and Copper State Pest Management for life!

What a wonderful company! My technician Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He educated my husband and I about what needed to be done in order to rid our home of these little critters! He took a look at our pool area where we get bees and addressed that with us too. He even took the time to address our dogs and effects of the spray used outside.We actually ended up signing up for monthly services to hopefully avoid another problem in the future! Every pest control company -- including all those termite companies-- will tell you they treat Bed bugs. Do your homework--research all you can about BB's. Ask them if they use Heat treatment as well as chemical spray treatment. If they don't offer a heat treatment as an option: Don't waste your time. If they try to convince you heat treatment isn't necessary: Don't waste your time. The truth is it may be that your affected area doesn't need both chemical * And * heat treatment. Call the one company whose SPECIALTY is Bedbug Extermination, because treating these insidious little blood-suckers depends on the extent of infestation you have. ARIZONA HEAT PEST SERVICES will come out, thoroughly inspect your place, explain everything about your particular Bed bug problem, and offer you treatment plans & options. No, I don't work for this company. Yes, we used them--months ago. Chris K--the company's Lead Technician--came back out to the house this week and did (another) free inspection, just like the first one, because we wanted to be sure... And there wasn't a blood-sucking beastie anywhere to be found. Chris answered all our questions to our satisfaction and, again, was polite and on time.
You can get Bed bugs from the apartment next door or you can get them living in your

I've been using this company for over 4 years. They come when you need them, they don't force you to sign up for any long term contracts. Billy has been our technician. He is friendly and efficient!!

UPDATE: To the Owner- I appreciate the response, I would like my money refunded to fix the matter. It's a lot of money for nothing.
Would never recommend this company to anyone. What was supposed to be a one time service deal which I paid for ending up being a monthly service that i didn't want & when I cancelled they charge me 267 dollars for early cancellation they calledit. They charged me for services they was never rendered. Scammed me out of my money.
