Steph, the inspector, was very easy to talk to, explained everything very thoroughly and showed me pictures and explained what I was looking at. She promised me a quote by the end of the day and I had it in less than 2 hours. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them!!

Great company - always let you know when they are coming and try hen follow up with what they did. If issues with pests, they are there to explain the treatment in detail. Love how thorough they are!!

I can't say enough about Alex and his business - customer service is exemplary! Alex goes beyond your every day exterminator service that just sprays pesticides; he will try to find the root of the problem and spend as much time as it takes to correct it. He sealed some gaps we found in the structure of my condo, he offered suggestions, and assured me he would eliminate the roach problem in my new home. For me, massive roaches are my worst nightmare - I'm terrified of them. Alex is compassionate with his customers, passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable, and he put my traumatized, worried mind at ease. He's amazing!

I'm leaving five stars and I'm not even a customer. Senor Gonzales saved a wild Hawk from a customer's pool and made it look like Child's Play. The Hawk was obviously thankful hung out with the guy for I think like an hour until the nonprofit bird rescue people got there and I'm sincerely touched. The hawk is doing fine probably would not have survived if Senor Gonzales would not have found it what a great employee to show such mercy and compassion while working and I think he's meant to be somewhere else unfortunately to the detriment of the pest control company he should be at a zoo or taking veterinarian assistant classes or something but I think it's great and it is a testament to the employees they hire

Family first is a great company to use! Easy to communicate with and very timely with their response. Always on time to their appointments and even gives us a heads up every time he is with a certain time from the location.. His work is stellar and makes it an easy experience as they come in and spray everything and take away any cob webs if present. Would highly recommend him for anyone to use!

We had the inside, outside and perimeter treated. He was on time, even texting when he was on his way. The entire experience was professional and I couldn’t happier. Mr. Diego Angulo was polite, answered any questions, and appeared attentive. He called me prior to arriving, roughly 15 minutes prior, which I liked. He sprayed around the edges of my whole house outdoors and inside my garage. He also put new traps in my garage. When he finished, he let me know he was finished and provided me with his business card in case I had any issues with pests within the next few days.

I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job.
