Been with insectek for about almost 2 years now.... Got them when I moved into an older house I rented... And it has been an absolute best company... I can't speak for others but this place is always helpful and shows up when I call even though it's not on a scheduled monthly spray. If I see something I call and they schedule a guy to get to my spot either that day or the next... Very helpful. It's like 68 dollars every two months. But they are not pushy on the bullying and downright easy to work with. Highly recommend

Overall good service and product. The BIGGEST issue is you cannot reach anyone on the phone or locally. It's all sourced to their corporate office in CA - and they don't know individual locations and all. So much is lost in translation. WE NEED LOCAL call areas - they know the day to day, schedules of their drivers. I have had some turn over of drivers - but NO ONE tells you - just be prepared to do the follow up on all - they don't call you. I have bi monthly service and yearly termite inspection and service as well. Sometimes they call you or text. Prior the staff at the local office (when you could reach someone) - they were not the most helpful. BUT the field techs and guys are GREAT - and very professional and return calls and texts. The product they use seems to work overall. I would recommend - BUT again - we need better follow up emails, calls and service. WE ARE the customers - you are to follow up with us - not the other way around - HELP with this. Thank you.

Went with their heat treatment for bed bugs. Answered all of my questions, was very professional and trustworthy. No problems since. If I have to deal with similar pests again, I would definitely contact them.

Jim does a excellent job of keeping our home in Desert Hills free of pests. Shows up on time, every month. Always leaves us additional sticky pads and looks for signs of scorpians, ants, etc. Highly recommend Jum and Citywide.
