Bill's Pest is fantastic! Our services rendered for tick control/extermination. Our tech, Pauline, was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind to both my Wife and I, and our dog! The service was quick, and affordable. Our tech showed up 10mins earlier than the window provided, and making a payment was very easy. 3rd day from our first treatment, and we are already noticing how effective the treatment is. Bill's comes highly recommended, A+++ company and service.

Had such a great experience with Urban Desert. They were able to answer all my questions, schedule a visit with me really fast, and show up right on time. The people I have interacted with have been nothing but amazing. I was able to schedule my appointment online through email (which was responsive) and I got to work with a great tec named Jeremy. He was informative, friendly, helpful and very honest which was refreshing. He was personable and made me feel like I was apart of his family. I am so glad I was able to find these guys because they were amazing!!!

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

Truly Nolan , in my opinion is the best technically, very professional, very effective and the personnel are among the veryy best in the Vally. I have live in the Scottsdale/Paradise area since 1969 and had a few experiences with various pest contrl organizations. I find TRULY to be the best in fact a numerical rarting is a 10 out of 1-10. If you are dealing with bed bugs look no further than Arizona Heat Pest Services. DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS ON YOUR OWN! We made that mistake and will never attempt such a feat again. Bed bugs require professionals and Arizona Heat Pest Services are absolute professionals. We did the heat treatment in our bedroom and the pesticide treatment in the rest of the house and those little demon monsters are gone. Haven't seen any come back and it's been nearly 2 months. Robert and his team are understanding, professional and experts at what they do. Can't recommend them enough!

Decent customer service but inadequate pest solutions, cancelled service after 3 failed visits and all 3 appts they never provided their version of diatomaceous powder.Very disappointing after 3 failed appointments. I now have to dispute payment since they failed to provide part of my treatment on every visit.

We were customers of AZ exterminating for about 15 years before it was bought out by Western Exterminator. Once they took over customer service went downhill. We realized we were no longer dealing with a local company when all of our calls went to a phone service in California and it took forever to get on the calendar when termites appeared at our home. We gave them a chance for a few years, but ended up cancelling with them on 1/29/21. Our last service with them was on 12/5/20 for our scheduled pest control. 8 months later we received a collections notice stating that we owed WE $103.50 from an outstanding bill. Hard to pay a bill when we weren't aware there was an outstanding balance. We did not receive one past due notice or phone call in that time period saying that we had a bill with them. And on top of this our bill was paid by autopay every month for years. They had our credit card on file for payment. I called WE when we received the collections bill and the billing department would not even discuss with me the fact that they we had never sent us a bill or that we were on autopay! This was the fault of WE and now they are screwing with my credit. In the nearly 20 years that we were with AZ and WE exterminator we never once had a past due bill. Do you research WE before you send out a collections notice. Just another example of your poor customer service. Update: still waiting for you to reach out to me WE.May 2022 update: I never heard back from WE! It's been 7 months since my complaint.

Citywide Pest Control has been keeping our home pest-free for years now, in two different homes. From the folks in the office (especially Angela), to the technicians (especially Dave), I am confident I'm getting superior pest control service and spectacular customer service with Citywide.

For the past year, Dave has been our technician -- and I hope he STAYS our technician for as long as possible!

Dave visits once a month to keep our home and yard cricket/ant/pest-free. And, I call it a visit, not a service call because, with Dave, it's like having a (very skilled, helpful) friend come over for a quick chat. Now, to be clear, we've had several Citywide technicians in the past and they've all been professional. But Dave's in a league of his own.

Dave, who is always on time, ALWAYS greets me with a big smile and a cheerful hello – very early in the morning. He somehow manages to do the job efficiently and effectively, while working around my cats (and cat stuff), AND while engaging in a truly delightful morning chat. He's a real gem of a guy. And he's effective too because since he first came to address a big ant problem, we've had zero issues with pests of any sort.

And it's not just Dave who has been great with us. Everyone I've dealt with at Citywide has been a pleasure to work with.

When we moved into a new (old) home last year, we discovered a termite issue. The company that had warranted against termites during inspection reneged on the warranty, so we called up Citywide. They were out, fixing the problem in two days! A couple days later, I received an email from Angela apologizing because, due to a mix up, the workers had not treated the garage as originally proposed. She gave me two options: they would come out (next day) to treat the garage, or they would issue refund. Either way, warranty would apply to the house and garage (in which no infestation was discovered).

Now, here's the thing: There is NO way I would, or could, have known that they hadn't treated the garage, because I wasn't there during the service (and wouldn't know how to tell when I got there). The company COULD have let it slide. But - they didn't.

Citywide was HONEST. And that's the kind of company I want providing termite/pest protection to my home.

Frontino has been doing an excellent job for a full year! All pests were gone after the first visit. Josh has been very dedicated and kind. We feel safe having their service coverage for the year. Amazing work.

They either don't spray enough or their chemicals are not as strong as needed. ?? Never took care of my widow problem and i recently developed a scorpion problem.
