My husband and I canceled the service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. They never took care of the problem but had no issue charging us. And yes, my husband did call and let them know (more than once) that the spiders were still there. We shouldn't have to follow up multiple times to tell a company to do the job that we are paying them to do.

I have used Watts pest prevention for all of my pest needs. They have done pigeon removal, termite service, mud daubers, scorpions, ticks, roof/field rats, you name it.
