UDPC is one my great finds in recent years. My house has been serviced by several technicians, all of them professional and friendly. Johnny A. was here last Monday for a 7am application. Embarrassingly, I overslept my alarm and missed Johnny's text that he had arrived. He called my cell phone and left a voicemail. Fortunately, the call woke me up and I found Johnny waiting on the porch. Thanks for your patience, Johnny! I've recommend UDPC to several friends and will continue to do so. Great company!

He’d ask & listen carefully if we have any issues. Eric is so thorough in and out. He also provided us additional service & detailed instructions on how to get rid of the tiny flies that popping up here & there inside the house.Thanks SO much Eric! We really appreciate it.

Was on my way to work on hwy 17 and your driver tried to run me off the road with my son in the car! I needed to merge on the ramp to take the 101and your employee got so upset! he flipped me off. What kind of employees do you guys hire!? And who does that in a work van?!

UPDATE: The owner called personally to address the issue and it was resolved within 48 hours of business reopening on Monday. Emergency weekend service would have been nice, but this was an impressive response from a customer service perspective. Updating review from 2 to 4 stars. Let's hope it holds up. Much appreciated!!---I'll update this once the problem is resolved. For now, 2 stars. Bird exclusion completed and literally had birds getting through the netting and getting themselves trapped the next day. Then no responses all weekend since they're closed - emergency call servuce is meaningless if no techs available. Not impressed for first service.

Have been using this company and its predecessor for several years. Moved to a new house that has occasional scorpions inside and have been disappointed with the lack of effectiveness of their treatment. Called for extra inside service at each siting and was told that the treatments last for months and none is needed. Treatment doesn't work for scorpions!

I have used Watts for all my pest needs since purchasing my home in 2016- pigeon removal and pigeon proofing, mud daubers, scorpions, spiders, termites ticks and roof/field rats.... they have always done a great job with prompt service. I have referred many friends to them as well. I wouldn't even consider using another company. The employees are courteous and professional and I trust them to be in my home when I am not there to do the bi-monthly service. Thanks Watts for being such a great family owned and operated business!

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

Adam (the Owner) was great!!! He knows his stuff! He takes his time during the inspection and tells you EVERYTHING about what's going on at your home. He's funny and sooooo down-to-earth...you feel like he's a part of your family. He's extremely knowledgeable and his staff are amazing! If he ever expands to the west side...I just might ask for a job! ;) Thank you Adam and everyone at Bug Science! When we get our new home, we will call you to treat that place too!

This past weekend, I notice bees swarming in the corner of the backyard where there is a large tree and a shed. ASAP Bee Removal was recommended to me. I looked them up and saw the couple of bad reviews. I called David and mentioned my concern about the bad reviews. He acknowledged the bad reviews and assured me that they standby their service and if there is a problem, they will work with you to resolve it.

He suggested I go to Yelp and read the reviews there. I did and the reviews are very good. I decided to give them my business and David sent Kevin out within a couple of hours of my calling.

Kevin arrived and I found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He found the issue of where the bees were coming from. There is a crack in the block fence and the bees made their hive inside of it. I was hoping that he could remove the hive but because of the location of the hive, he had to exterminate the nest and closed up the cracks.

He explained that there would be worker bees coming but once they realized that the queen was dead, they would not survive. He suggested I walk my dogs out and keep them on the other side of the yard for the day. It would be fine to let them out the next day without me as if there were any bees left, they would not be able to attack.

This was yesterday and today, I noticed that all the bees are gone.

I was very impressed with Kevin and would recommend them to others.
