A.S.A.P. Bee Removal, LLC

Our hummingbirds were surrounding us and chirping upset and so we looked around their water feeder and saw a wasp nest nearby. I called this company on a Sunday late afternoon and they responded right away and offered to have it removed 8am the next morning. They did great! Service was polite and effective :) They even offered to show me the wasp nest (they took it away) but I declined lol

So annoying. Couldn't even finish a sentence without constantly getting interrupted. I tried to explain the the person on the phone MULTIPLE TIMES that my location was on the second floor and he kept saying the price and didn't let me get a SINGLE word out.

When I called, they were able to get out to my property the same day, which was very convenient. HOWEVER…. When they arrived at my house and discovered no bees, I was still invoiced for a $145 inspection that took them a total of 15 min and resulted in “Welp, we didn’t see any bees but if you get any bees in the next 10 days, we’ll apply that cost to your treatment.” When I spoke to David, he said he didn’t want to argue with me, then proceeded to argue with me about the “value” that his company had provided, essentially just confirming the absence of bees, saying that gas is expensive, and we guys are very busy right now (if they’re so busy, how were they able to get to my property within an hour?). Maybe that’s the industry standard, and David did end up negotiating on the cost, but it seems absolutely absurd to me that 15 minutes of their time (plus a short travel, so let’s be generous and round up to 45 minutes) and nothing else of substance ended up costing what it did.

Last month I had an issue with bees making their way into my house through an old air duct. I came across A.S.A.P. Bee Removal and spoke with the owner David. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns as I have never dealt with a bee issue and have pets I was very concerned. He told me what to do for the time being and was very patient in answering my questions. When he came out for the appointment he was on time and the process was very simple. He even honored a discount I had forgot to mention at the start of the appointment. Have not had any issues since but the service does come with a warranty to give you peace of mind. Would highly recommend A.S.A.P. Bee Removal and the owner David was great!

This past weekend, I notice bees swarming in the corner of the backyard where there is a large tree and a shed. ASAP Bee Removal was recommended to me. I looked them up and saw the couple of bad reviews. I called David and mentioned my concern about the bad reviews. He acknowledged the bad reviews and assured me that they standby their service and if there is a problem, they will work with you to resolve it.

He suggested I go to Yelp and read the reviews there. I did and the reviews are very good. I decided to give them my business and David sent Kevin out within a couple of hours of my calling.

Kevin arrived and I found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He found the issue of where the bees were coming from. There is a crack in the block fence and the bees made their hive inside of it. I was hoping that he could remove the hive but because of the location of the hive, he had to exterminate the nest and closed up the cracks.

He explained that there would be worker bees coming but once they realized that the queen was dead, they would not survive. He suggested I walk my dogs out and keep them on the other side of the yard for the day. It would be fine to let them out the next day without me as if there were any bees left, they would not be able to attack.

This was yesterday and today, I noticed that all the bees are gone.

I was very impressed with Kevin and would recommend them to others.

Tech came out this morning and was super professional. We had a wasp nest in our tortoise den and wasn’t sure how big it was because the den is an underground one. I just noticed that these wasp were in and out of the den like it was their normal routine. I had my mom call and I believe she talked to the owner (David) but she said he was super nice. My husband said the tech was very knowledgeable. He was very careful of our tortoises and cared for their safety. Amazing! Thank you!

I highly recommend A.S.A.P. Bee Removal for a few reasons; no matter what time of day I call, they always get me in their schedule right away. Bees are not something you mess around with. The sooner you see them and handle them, the sooner you won't have a hive to deal with.

These people are ALWAYS super nice, on time, and careful on how they handle both the bees and your home. This is the second time I've had to call them in ten years and they are always spot on. Fast, courteous, and efficient.

Found that bees had moved into my eaves. Called ASAP on Sunday night and made an appointment for removal first thing Monday morning. Contacting ASAP was easy, they showed up on time, professionally resolved my bee problem, and provided a great value! ASAP even took steps to ensure that the bees don't return and provide a warranty if they do! It's been three weeks now and no bees! I am a very satisfied customer!

Came home Wednesday afternoon to several thousand uninvited guests that had taken up residence outside my front door. Called David with ASAP Bee Removal and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. Showed up ON TIME and did a great job! Courteous, informative at a reasonable price. I would not recommend unless you want to give away $175. The owner came to my home and sold me on customer service and 30 day guarantee. Started off good. After 10 mins at my home owner was supposedly done. 3 days after service, bees were still there. After calling for a week straight for owner to come back, leaving voicemails, and calling about 3 different numbers on company website and receipt, NO CALL BACK. No lie as I am writing this review (service done mid April 2017) nothing... I mean a simple courtesy call back would've avoided me writing this review but still NOTHING. It was a horrible experience. Take my advice (or not) but your better off elsewhere.

Not very happy with service overall, borderline scam. Sorry in advance for the long post.
We live in Central phoenix and have a two story home with a flat roof and parapet walls around the perimeter. The roof is easily accessed through a sky window. We had had an ongoing bee problem from the previous year that we believe is a direct result of living in downtown Phoenix in a flood irrigated area. Citrus trees, Desert trees, all part of the charm of where we live, do not mind the bees just not fond of them being in the house.
We had asked the gentlemen who came out to let us know what he found on our flat roof. Technician came down and told us that he had killed the hive and that the hive contained over 60 pounds of honey. Both my husband and I were upset as we would have liked the option to have the hive removed by a bee keeper rather than to have just killed the hive.
We talked to the owner directly who apologized to us both. He also told us the technician had found serious infestation into the structural part of our home that would need extensive work to open the roof and walls to completely eradicate the issue to the stated cost of thousands. We opted to pay the bill and take care of the hive issue ourselves.
Imagine our surprise when we inspected the roof and found no issues whatsoever! No hive, no holes in our roof, no dried up hive, nothing. I forgot to mention that we have previously covered over every pipe or penetration on our roof with hardware wire cloth and screen to prevent insects into our attic. All of that was still intact. $350+ to have someone come into our home and tell us lies, not good.
We will not be using them again.

I have called upon their services 3 times and every time they are professional, courteous and prompt. Also, they are very understanding when you have a phobia of these kinds of insects. Would highly recommend! Are very affordable.

The young man who came to my home, JOHN, was very personable, knowlable, and answered all my questions. If I have any more problems with bees or insects, I know who I will be calling. Would recommend them to family and friends.

This morning, while doing yard work, I found a wasps nest. Not thinking I called the first company that came up on Google. Mountain View Pest Control!! HUGE MISTAKE!!! The technician arrived within 1 hour. He removed the nest and told me he would walk my property to be sure there were no other nests. He found two small mud wasp nests on the frame of a window and removed them. Once the removal was complete he presented me with a bill of $450 for the first nest and $250 for each mud wasp nest for a total of $995. I almost had a heart attack. I never thought nor did he say there would be an additional charge of $250 for each nest he found. He just stood there and would not leave until I gave him a credit card. When I said no he handed me the phone and told me to take it up with the owner. Ahhhhh Horrible experience.

I called A.S.A.P. mid-afternoon and I talked to Leighton who told me he would come over when he was done with his last appointment and take a look at what MVPC had done or not done. I could tell he was tired but took the time to help me. AT NO CHARGE, he walked my property and found two additional nests that were and obvious as could be. MVPC had removed the first nest but did not spray residual chemicals to keep the others from returning and setting up camp again. Leighton took care of this. Then he saw that MVPC left parts of the previous nest, casings ect... that would attract the wasps back, and took care of that.
