I just had a termite treatment from Bill's last Saturday and highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Before I made up my mind to go with Bill's, I interviewed 5 other companies. All the companies I selected to interview have good reviews and are reasonably priced. But when I saw how thoroughly Lisa, a termite specialist from Bill's, examined my house and pointed out the spots that other companies missed, I knew which company I wanted to go with. Lisa was also the most knowledgeable person and answered all of my questions confidently. On the treatment day, Donovan and his helper showed up exactly on time and performed a very thorough and clean job. Both Lisa and Donovan were very courteous and accommodating. Although Bill's Pest Termite Control was not the cheapest, I am glad I chose Bill's. They gave me a peace of mind.

We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

I had such a great experience when I contacted Burns Pest Elimination. I had called other places and they had the most fair price, but what made me choose them over the countless other companies was their service specialist Marco Regalado. I was really appreciative of his customer service because when I had called I had been extremely stressed and frustrated with a tick infestation I had because of a neighbor’s pet, he was empathetic, and even made me laugh helping me not feel so stressed after I set up the appointment. It was reassuring to hear that they’d help me win the war I’d declared against those unwanted guests! Marco followed up and called me back when he said he would, he was responsive and answered all of my questions. He even called me after they had performed the service to make sure everything went well. In addition, he sent a personally written thank you card after a couple of days. Definitely, impressed with the small details. You don’t see much of those everyday. I was wow’ed and wanted to let everyone needing pest services what a great experience I had with Burns Pest Elimination!! Keep up the great work Burns Pest!!

I'm leaving five stars and I'm not even a customer. Senor Gonzales saved a wild Hawk from a customer's pool and made it look like Child's Play. The Hawk was obviously thankful hung out with the guy for I think like an hour until the nonprofit bird rescue people got there and I'm sincerely touched. The hawk is doing fine probably would not have survived if Senor Gonzales would not have found it what a great employee to show such mercy and compassion while working and I think he's meant to be somewhere else unfortunately to the detriment of the pest control company he should be at a zoo or taking veterinarian assistant classes or something but I think it's great and it is a testament to the employees they hire

He’d ask & listen carefully if we have any issues. Eric is so thorough in and out. Would highly recommend! We’ve been using Arizona Organic Pest Control for years at our home and our main helper, Colton, is always great with communication, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall kind. It’s been great to know the products they use are safe around my kids. Any time I’ve called to ask a question or to request an additional service I’m met with great customer service. Colton’s always willing to explain what he’s doing and answer questions. We’ve loved using this company!

We appreciate having the service even though we aren’t here all the time. But we would like to have the ‘sticky boxes’ to use in our garage to catch little creatures we do not want in our homes. But we have not been left those since last spring.

I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. This is a business that you can have full confidence in.
