Overall I had a very good experience with Bill's. Great service, responsiveness and professionalism. Inspection was very thorough, Paul answered all of my questions and didn't pressure and let me take the time to decide if I wanted to move forward. The estimate came in at a much more reasonable cost than other companies who gave me a much higher estimate on termite treatment.The only complaint I have is the poor cleaning of the concrete dust around my house after the drilling was done for the treatment. A brush and dustpan was used which really only cleaned some of the dust and spread the rest of the fine dust around the perimeter of the house. A shop vac of sorts would be helpful, heck I would have been happy to loan the tech my shop vac to clean up all of the dust around the outside of my house. Instead I had to hose down the concrete all around the house to clean up all of the concrete dust after the treatment. Other than that, I highly recommend Bill's to resolve any termite problems.

The last time Blue Sky came to our house it was on a day where it rained all day and it’s not the 1st time they’ve done that. Not super effective. I don’t like how they come whenever they want every 7-9 weeks. I also don’t appreciate how they block my driveway so I can’t leave especially since I can’t plan ahead and not have places to go. I don’t like how they want to talk when they get here and when they leave. I have a lot going on inside and it’s a pain to stop what I’m doing and come to the door for a pointless “okay I’m done” conversation. My card is on file. I also don’t like how they ask if there are any problems and then if I say yes they make it my fault by saying to make sure and keep fruit picked up etc which we do. We have kept using them because the bug situation has been kept mostly under control and these are minor annoyances.

Our technician Jim was awesome. Super knowledgeable answered all of our questions and really friendly. The staff over the phone were super friendly. I would highly recommend these guys.

I have Watts Pest Prevention stop by every other month. They take pride in what they do. I have called asking questions about bees that were in a bush next to the house and I called another time because I found a scorpion on the sticky pad in my garage.
