Regularly receive junk mail, have asked a few times to be removed from their junk mailing list and the requests have been ignored.

We've used PV Tree Trimmers for many years and have always been very happy with their expertise, cleanliness, communication and customer service. I recommend them to ALL my friends because they don't just hack your trees, they care for them so they last a long time (and they always looks beautiful when they leave)!

When we first started using them for our yard, they were professional and dependable. However, over the last several months, something has dramatically changed, and their service has gone way down hill. I've had to repeatedly tell them about mistakes. They don't take any ownership and responsibility for any delays. We signed up for weekly service and they never showed up on time, always delayed by two weeks or more, yet they STILL charged us for the weekly service. On another occasion we urgently needed them on the weekend prior to our house showing during an open house. We gave them more than a week heads up and they promised to be there. They never showed up and did not warn us... if they would have just told us they weren't going to make it, we would have had time to find another company to come out and do the work. For this they have not apologized or showed any sign of regret for doing that to us. On top of all that, we continued to be charged for service that never came. Get your act together Divine Design!

Bartlett has been taking care of my trees for many years and they do a fine job. They know how to prune trees so that they are both healthy and beautiful to look at. Their cleanup is also very good. Debbie, my arborist is great to work with and Val, the foreman really knows how to prune trees.

First of all, I want to say thanks to Joe and his crew for helping make our trees look so good. We had a huge sweet Acacia and Joe used the man lift to access the highest branches. The other tree was a large Ironwood. They had all the right equipment to do the job. 2nd, I want to say how much I appreciate their attention to safety. They used all the right safety protection. 3rd, they were efficient. Their team work separately on both trees but kept in communication to help each other when needed.
