My husband and I have been using Bills Pest and Termite control for years now and they are by far the BEST company we've ever used. Summer comes out every month for our maintenance treatment and she is very knowledgeable, helpful and all around a great person! We take comfort in knowing the critters are kept away from the house and away from our toddlers! We recommend Bills Pest to all of our family and friends!

Enrique showed up a couple minutes early after receiving a text that he was on his way. I walked him through a couple changes in layout in our backyard and he made a few suggestions based on some of the bugs we have seen. He treated the areas around the house and offered to look at the garage. He treated the garage and offered a few sticky boxes inn corners to monitor any activity we might see. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered questions related to my dogs and his treatment. Most affable employee I’ve met in almost three years of working with this company. Appreciated him taking time to advise and inform.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Austin at AZ Heat Pest Services. I take care of my handicapped father from out of state, and this July, we got the devastating news that bed-bugs had over-run his condo. Because of his special needs, a situation like this could have caused a ton of stress. But, because of the exceptional customer service, mine and my dad's stress was minimal. Working with Austin from start to finish meant that we had friendly, clear communication, and that my odd requests such as helping with his laundry, and wiping down his wheel chair were met with genuine concern and thorough care.
