Lida cleaned my place today. Let me tell you. It looks AMAZING in here! I knew there were some things i left a mess because i just didnt have time to pre-clean before i had her come over, but she went above and beyond! I have never had a professional cleaner come before, but I will absolutely be staying with Tidy Casa & Lida! ???

Caitlin cleaned our home this week and as usual did an amazing job! She is very friendly and professional and really gets the job done. We appreciate that Maid Pro uses measures to prevent any cross contamination among homes, especially now.

It was a solid experience plus Mike the owner is a veteran he takes care of his own as well. The company is family tan too so his son helped out with the ducts sometimes. I’d say definitely quality and I highly recommend supporting this veteran tan business. Quality follows!

Just tried to book cleaning service, they didn’t have what I wanted in a reasonable price range which is fine, however the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and had a very condescending tone.

She was constantly interrupting me while I was asking questions and trying to vocalize the services I wanted and my budget constraints, and then simply said “good luck with that” over and over. As if because I am broke due to CoVid layoffs means I am not worthy of her time on the phone.

Extremely rude, no customer service skills, I would avoid them simply not to have to deal with her.

Increased rating to 3 stars from 1 star, again for customer service not actual cleaning. A manager did call me and “kind of” apologized for her employees behavior, but also made some excuses for her. I understand standing up for ones employees, but do not understand arguing with potential clients.

Hopefully owners can address the situation I’m sure the actual cleaninservices provided.

This company is amazing. I have used them three times for move in cleaning in the last year. They are prompt, courteous and do a fantastic job. We had three different teams and they were all friendly and professional. The standards in this company are clearly communicated to their entire organization.

Daniel is a great, professional, funny boss. He emphasis the importance of cleaning and making his customers satisfied. I love working for him, he has alot of experience in the janitorial area. I've learned so much from him. Great place to work :]
