John came to our home and was very understanding of our concerns. He inspected our home and explained in detail about our termite problem. We set up appointment and Michael came out and completed the treatment in 3 1/2 hrs. He did a wonderful job. You would never of known he was here. Everything was back to normal and cleaned up.THANKS BILL'S PEST AND TERMITE COMPANY!!!!

Great company great service

The quote that I received for the work they said they would do seemed fair. The guy that came out to do the termite spray walked me through everything he was going to do and then he seemed to really take his time to make sure it got done correctly. All the holes that were drilled for the spray have been filled properly and no signs of termites 30 days after treatment.

Prompt and knowledgeable. We have been using their service for 3 years. All are professional.

Originally gave a fair price and told me how to lower it, followed by excellent customer service and a great attitude.

I have been using InsecTek since I moved into my current house and they have been great. Our current technician is Adam and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are always informed if he finds anything that we can do to seal our house better from insects getting inside. I almost never see any bugs inside the house anymore and, if I do see one, it is already dead.

Not sure but think we have used Az Or for 20 plus years. Dan is our service manager. He watches out for us and cleans webs and other pest messes. Missed him during his Covid time and happy for his recovery and to have him back. We have great confidence and trust in him.

I see many good reviews posted here. However, my experience was different. I got a termite warranty with this company when I purchased a property. I noticed termite activity within 7 months after. I called the service under the warranty, they sent the tech Eddie but I am not happy with the treatment he did. First, the tech was rude and didn’t believe I had termites because he didn’t see any termites tubes on the walls. The good things is that I have evidence of videos, photos and some termites in a plastic zipper to show him. After seen the evidence, he proceeded to treat just the small area where I saw the termite activity. But he didn’t even look more around the house or anything. Unfortunately, a month later after the treatment, I am seen termite activity in the same area that was treated. I called the company again, they sent over a supervisor name Edward and 2 technician, including Eddie. They didn’t do an inspection again, the supervisor came straight to tell me that what I had in the video wasn’t termites. He didn’t even pay attention to the video/pics I was showing him. However, he schedule a pest control treatment, not a termite treatment. He did so because he didn’t believe I had termites even when I showed him pics and videos. I was lucky to have a manager Pilipo coming over to the property during the pest control. I showed him the same evidence and he was able to recognize the termites. Finally someone who really looked at the videos/pics carefully. Someone who actually listens to a concern custumer. Pilipo is very knowledgeable, i wish everyone who is trained in this company will be the same.

Services were completed timely and consistently and the communication with me about dates of service etc. were always polite.

Fromms pest control company did a great job. It’s hard to find a good pest control company in the Phoenix area. Great customer service and pricing. I would definitely recommend them!

Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.
