This company is amazing! They were prompt, thorough, informative and just all around pleasant to deal with! I highly recommend using them for any of your pest-related needs. We used them specifically for termites which have plagued our home for over a year now. I’m excited for these critters to be gone! The pricing was very reasonable. The initial full treatment came with a one year warranty and the option to renew annually after that for a low price! I’m planning to renew every year with them. Highly recommend!!

I started using this company over a year ago. I was very impressed with them.then I moved to a different location after months of using them. I had to stop because of moving. I just moved back and called them back. And they were scheduled to come today. However my 88 year old Fsther was stung by scorpions and is allergic, so I had to take him to the emergency room. I called green home to explain that I would need to reschedule. I was told by a real snotty girl on the phone that I would have to now pay 139. Instead of 79. For rescheduling??? I was in shock over how snotty she was and How greedy that was. I will never use them or refer them again. It seems like since covid happened alot of places are over charging to play catch up. Well I also lost alot of work during covid, but I did not take it out on my clients. I also tried to call them back once I got my Fsther in the emergency room and I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.. Very very disappointed ... to say the least...

I have used Burns Pest Elimination for many years, for both termites and recently for bed bugs for a house I recently purchased to remodel. They are always prompt and communication is awesome. Thank you Burns!

If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL pest control company, this is it! They use only organic and natural products which means any animals and birds eating dead bugs don't get sick or die themselves. They come to my house every other month for treatment. And, in between treatments, if there is a problem, they return free of charge! They go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Justin is my regular guy and he is fantastic! He not only takes care of everything, but he also educated me on what is causing some of the issues I was having (what to do and not do). Justin also even came in my house to check something out for me. He consistently goes above and beyond!

Do not give the money until you get your 5 years warranty paperwork on your hands. They promised that after the job they will hand it to me them. They lied

Look no further! This team of folks will take care of so don't even look any further, honestly. Every time I reach out to them I get an immediate response from them. I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.

This company has been sold and it is not what it once was bay any means. We have a contract to treat the termites which we pay in advance for a one year service. I've been trying to get them out to my house for over two months and now they tell me not till the middle of January. Can't believe they are still in business!!! Totally dissatisfied!!!
