Steph, the inspector, was very easy to talk to, explained everything very thoroughly and showed me pictures and explained what I was looking at. She promised me a quote by the end of the day and I had it in less than 2 hours. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them!!

Alex was so amazing when my husband and I hired him to service our home. I am TERRIFIED of anything creepy crawly and Alex was on time, even slightly early (kept me informed the whole time on his way), and not only did he spray and evaluate the active bug areas but he also explained to my husband things we can do to watch out for and increase or to do to avoid altogether! We’ve been with them for about 6 months now and our peaty problem has been taken care of! Our technician, Parker, is very enthusiastic about tackling our seemingly never ending outside ant problem. He has excellent communication also and is extremely friendly! Lastly I love the punctuality, parker has been timely to everyone of our appointments. Roy was very thorough, honest and helpful in his inspection of our home. He explained the problems as well as the treatment process thoroughly. Always nice knowing someone who’s been in the termite business for 20+ years is coming to do your inspection as well. ACTION also responded quickly to my request with friendly customer service.

Unprofessional and immoral higher management staff member/s. The activities that go on after hours is inappropriate and appalling. I suppose some people have no respect for the professional environment and they abuse their position of power for their own personal and selfish satisfaction.

Called a weed control company 2 weeks ago and they finally showed up only to say that it was too windy and would call back to reschedule.They never did. I then called Fromms on Tuesday and talked to Nick.He said he could come the next day.He showed up on time,did the job,and left me a happy camper.He did a great job along with a year warranty.On top of that for a lot less money.He has a new loyal customer in me. ? Called Master Tech Pest Solutions for a cleanup of rat droppings under the built in BBQ area. They came this morning and Josh was the technician. He cleaned up the area, identified three entry points and sealed them up.

What a great job he did. I was expecting the clean up for the price that they told me but did not realize they would identify and seal the entry areas at no extra cost. This was above expectations and I would highly recommend Master Tech to anyone needing their services. This is a wonderful company and Josh was excellent.

Eco Valley is very professional and thorough, even taking care of details I had not anticipated. We were excited to see that their services handled scorpions which is comforting knowing our dogs are now safer. We will definitely continue and recommend their services. ?

Highly recommend Watchdog Pest Control for your pigeon issues. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide professional service. Would definitely use them again!

Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.
