Bill's Pest Control was great at addressing our termite problem. The staff was friendly and accommodating and all appointments were kept / on time. Their pricing was also very competitive with other services. I would recommend Bill's Pest Control to anyone with a pest problem as they offer a friendly yet professional approach to making sure your home is pest fee. We have used other services in the past and did not receive the high level of customer service we received from Bill's.

Their technicians are always polite and helpful. They have done the best job keeping scorpion ? ? away. I had 5 companies before them. No luck. Plus they are thoughtful of my animals ❤! When I was in a cast the tech put out the dogs to go in and put them in to treat outside. Very helpful and kind. New in 2021. Employees of most companies are rude. These guys are very nice.

I’d highly recommend this place. We have them spray about every 6 weeks just because that’s our preference instead of every 8 weeks. The whole time I’ve lived here since about December of 2019 I’ve only seen 2 spiders and a few random bugs since they have been spraying. The technician who has come to our house consistently is very friendly!

We had a small issue with a migratory bug, that seemed to be gone by the time Alex came out, but we wanted to have prevention from anything coming around my home in the near future. Alex was recommended to me and I had a great experience as he was thorough before and after the treatment around my home. Great attitude and focused on making sure we felt value in the service. We have been with Burns Pest for over two years now and have the monthly service. Our technician Randy does a wonderful job and I would like to thank him for his great work!! We have a problem with scorpions and he is always giving us advice on what we can do and offering to come back if we have any problems, especially since we have a little one at home that is crawling. Burns pest is great with their customers and I would highly recommend!

The treatment was done quickly, efficiently, and effectively. We have not seen any trace of a bed bug in eight weeks, and we are resting easy once again. This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way. He also took the time to explain the different kinds of ants which I found fascinating. I really appreciate the level of customer service from MasterTech. Love these guys!

I was able to book my appointment via the online chat and the person on the other end was very helpful. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day and were able to give me an appointment time, not a window of time. That was great! The tech showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and addressed my pest control needs quickly. He made sure to give me all the information I needed regarding my pests and was courteous of my time. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole experience.

We were not certain if we had roof rats or not and so we had the company come out and do an inspection. Great news, no rodents! Better news, great customer service!!
We will definitely use them again if we have any problems or questions.
