Well originally from Buffalo, NY... Bill's was an easy name to get. So we gave them a quick call along with 2 other companies. We had 2 homes to treat for termites. The rental we were moving out of after 6 years and the newer 10 year old home in Gold Canyon we were buying. Both had termites unfortunately... In Arizona its not if, but when will a home get termites We found Bill's service over all... well just smooth and easy to deal with and their pricing was very competitive. Right from the start a very knowledgeable young man (James) showed up to evaluate the termite condition on both homes. We got a quick education on termites and asked several questions we had about product, soil and service. No hard sell, just good answers to our problems. It then got even better when (Dallas) the labor side of the treatment program showed up to do the job... very hard working and conscientious! Both jobs were completed on time and satisfactory. ALL this was 11 months ago now but still fresh in my mind, because they did what they promised and NO more termites... not a trace! GO BILL's

They keep the bugs away and are more than happy to come out in between treatments if the hubby starts seeing spiders hanging around our patio. He hates spiders!

Very good service, reliable and friendly staff. The one time covers for 60 days warranty. The pests used are no harm for kids and adults. No strong or strange smell after spraying.

I called out for this service just before an outdoor Thanksgiving here in Phoenix. We were experiencing an outbreak of crickets and bites on our ankles. GreenHome totally accommodated my request and we had a wonderful outdoor gathering, not one complaint of ankle biting and no more crickets. I highly recommend thier services.

These guys are awesome! A dog that had ticks visited my property. I freaked out and called Insectek. They squeezed me in the next day. The gentleman that scheduled my appointment explained everything, didn’t try to upsell anything and charged the first time fee. They agreed to come back in 10 days and treat for free with a monthly service that could change to bi-monthly if there isn’t a lot of activity. No contracts! No fee to stop service. Enrique sprayed my property. He was early, very professional and did a great job. I’m so pleased with this company.

We have used this company on an every other month basis for years. They have great customer service & always on time.

He was supposed to spray both the inside and the outside of my house. I paid $110 and he only sprayed the outside. He then lied and said the tenants did not want him to come into the house. Total lie. He made no effort to make it right.

Paul Porco came down and sprayed in December. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately he has already sprayed twice in my home and we are still getting bites and seeing bugs. Good thing they offer a warranty that a lot of other places don't, my suggestion would probably be to wait until you have enough for the heat treatment.

Robert is always such a professional. He seems to care about all my own concerns and really checks over my yard for issues. I have used them a long long time, and I sure appreciate his professionalism. He is not some over sprayer which I appreciate. I use them for their less toxic pest service.
