Had a serious scorpion problem with our new home in Paradise valley. Not only was Brad thorough, but he went above and beyond to help us. Our first exterminator just sprayed and left, barely said two words. After researching for an company that had good reviews I came across urban desert. I was truly so impressed by them that I wanted to write one myself. Brad and his wife went out of their way to come and spray tonight, even as a last minute call request. They showed us the scorpions and how they were getting in the house to begin with. It’s too late to call the handy man to come fix the seal on my bedroom window tonight. So the fact that he took the extra time and energy to temporarily tape the gap just so I can sleep without worrying tonight is the reason why I give him 5 stars. If your looking for someone that cares and will get the job done I can assure you urban desert will not disappoint!

After 3 years of treatment the treatment has be redone TWICE. Each time we have to wait over 19 days for technician to come. Warranty is definitely not on their radar.

I have been with envision pest since 2019 when we 1st moved to Surprise, our guy we had there was Awesome very polite he had moved on from the company, We have since moved to Buckeye, AZ. Having Tyler as our bug guy, they communicate very well try to work with your schedule not like others take it or leave it. If I see a little critter in my house I call them and there in there way. I won't be using anyone else but EVISION.
