I had a free inspection done by Bill's. The inspector was on time, did a thorough inspection and explained in detail what she found and what was being recommended. I had the work done a few days later and again they were on time, explained what they were going to do and they completed the work on time. I had a very friendly and courteous technician. it was good experience and an overall great job!!

Excellent pest control company! Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable! My wife and I have been experiencing the Central PHX roof rat problem the last 6 months. We had been using another pest control company to seal up all possible entry points into our house, but continued to have issues with rats (catching about 26 rats). We couldn't take another day of living with these in our attic, so our current pest control company enlisted the help of Urban Desert to help identify where these rats were gaining access to and from the house.Urban Desert utilized a smoke machine test in the vent pipes to determine if there was a possible leak/hole somewhere in the hope. Within minutes Brad and Chad, were able to identify where the issue was coming from, a vent pipe that hadn't been capped by the contractor/plumber during the remodeling of our house prior to purchase. Required minimal dry wall cutting, but it was worth it to help find out where rats were coming in( they had free reign coming in and out of the house through the wide open hole in pipe). Without this smoke test that Urban Desert provides, we still would be battling the roof rat issues.Chad and Brad went above and beyond their responsibilities, helping us cap the pipe correctly, cleaning up the rat feces/nest and cleaning up the mess from the dry wall. HIGHLY recommend this company for your roof rat problems. Thanks Brad & Chad!

I originally called for just a one time spray for fleas & ticks for my dogs but ended up actually just getting them as a full time service! Everyone at the front office was fast to get back to me and answer all my questions. I had Porter come do the initial spray and they were very thorough! Its been 4 months and I haven't seen a tick since. Brian and Hunter come by to do my monthly sprays and they are both very nice. They tell me everything they did. Today Brian even had given dog treats to my dogs!(smart guy!) I love this company, how personal they make me feel and I plan to keep them as long as they will have me!

We have a large piece of property that is in the green belt in Mesa which means citrus trees! That means scorpions! For the first time since 2004 we finally found a system that works. And the best part is it is truly ORGANIC! I appreciate the extra mile Colton goes to check everything, sweeping for cobwebs, looking for any issues we may not be aware, on a monthly basis. I have never been able to honestly recommend a pest control company until now. Way to go AZ Organic!

I spoke with Sean and he is definitely an expert on killing bed bugs. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me realize that I don’t have them right now but I should see a dermatologist to see what type of bites or rash is on my skin. I thought it was bed bugs because I have ptsd from a past bed bug experience 10 years ago and was grateful for his advice.
