From the estimator to the treatment operators, everyone at Bills Pest and Termite was so respectful and professional! Since termites had taken up residence in my home, the estimator, Jeremy, explained how the termite treatment would work and he was very patient as he showed me what I could do to get my home ready for the treatment. The two treatment operators, Mike and Chase, arrived on time and talked to me about what they would be doing to make sure my home was protected. They were efficient, hard working, and thoroughly cleaned up after they completed their work. I would absolutely recommend this company for termite treatment!

Montgomery did a great service call today. Specifically, he inspected all the termite plugs, replaced one that was missing, showed us one that revealed evidence of activity, and emailed an updated plug-feeder map. He was very thorough and provided exemplary customer service.
