We were impressed with Bills Pest & Termite Control the first time we used them several years ago and that is why we called for them when we discovered termites in our home this month. Their pricing is very reasonable and the techs are very knowledgeable in their jobs. Dallas was the tech that came on this visit and he was professional, neat and pleasant in answering our questions about the treatment he was doing for the termites. We have, and are, highly recommending Bills to our neighbors and friends in the Phoenix area. This is a great company to do business with for all pest control needs.

It was finally time for us to get a pest control company to come out to spray as a precaution, as first time home owners. So many companies out there to choose from. To learn Copper State Pest only started in 2021 is mind blowing. Everything from scheduling to paying is as easy as it gets. Based on my research, this was by far the best bang for our buck due to the extensive spraying they do at your house. Alex came out to our house, and just like everyone else, we have nothing but AMAZING things to say. It’s important if you have someone come into your house , they make you feel comfortable. That was exactly alex. I am very grateful that I have found my pest control company for the future- I was absolutely blown away. Can’t even fit all my compliments in here.

A person came to spray 2 of our homes. I specifically told him I had a problem with crickets, he said he would make sure to take care of it. In the 3 weeks I still had them as bad. I called and the gal said I was out of the warranty period. I plead with her that I didn't know how long it should take for the spray to have worked so I gave it time and 3 weeks was pretty long. She said she would call a Manager and get back to me and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. #dissapointed!

I had termites several years ago and they have not returned. Dan at Arizona Organic Pest & Termite Control did a small area of my house but said that if they come back they would need to do the entire house. Dan did it so carefully they haven't returned!

Called them to get help controlling scorpions. They sent a guy out. Im sure their average exterminator is better than the one i received. But i can only rate on my own experience. He didn't treat for scorpions only roaches and other bugs which my home doesnt have. He told us there was no way to be rid of scorpions, and if we saw one to kill and not to bother him. We saw 3 scorpions in a 2 week period after he came. Another guy came the next month. He cane and went without notifying us in the house. I have no way to know he was even there but for the bill i recieved. It said once again he only treated for bugs i dont have problems with. I xalled and complained, they offered 2 free months and to send a different exterminator the next day. That guy never came. So, after another few scorpions We decided to call another company. One who takes scorpions seriously. Their guy treated inside and out with strong chemicals and we haven't seen a scorpion since. Your milage may vary.

Nick is a phenomenal small business owner with the customer service to match. I called expecting to talk to a scheduler but got Nick instead and couldn't be happier. Everything was thorough and efficient. Thank you again Nick and we will see you next month.

AZ Heat is everything they say they are. it's a little expensive, but well worth it. my bugs have never come back and they did it in one day. The other methods are not worth it, trust me.

I used Trojan's inspection service for a home purchase. They were referred to me by my RE agent. Timely, thorough, patient with all my inquiries, professional, and priced affordably. You get more than you pay for. The report is complete and any deficiencies at the property are line-itemed, pointed out in the field, and explained. Great service. Highly recommended.

They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to follow up there is none..... 500.00 down the drain! There is to many pest control companies to have to use someone who can't have the respect of returning your phone call or providing proper service to begin with so we don't have to call for a retreatment. No call back!!!
