We DO NOT like the fact that NO appointment is ever made. The guy shows up and want the payment the day of service. And we do not like the fact that we never receive emails about payment or upcoming service.

I wish I could give more STARS , Austin was wonderful. I take care of adults with special needs, there is NO messing around when a situation arises. He was here the day after I called, hours before my scheduled appointment. He returned ALL my calls and patiently answered my questions. My clients and I went to a hotel while he worked and the following day.

This was a great experience. They showed up early, surveyed the area then Matt Sparks came and talked to me and explained what he was going to do and what to expect afterwards. He was very informative! I love that he went around and swept for webs as well!!

Will not use again. I hired them to come and do a termite treatment on a rental home of mine. I was told treatment had a 1 YEAR guarantee, if there were any problems they would come back out. 6 months later my Tenant reported Termite activity. I called Beebe's and I was told this was normal?
Beebe's did not go out and re-inspect. I have since had to hire another Company.
