Incompetent, unable to understand scheduling requests. 3 consecutive times miss scheduled my appointments, then refused to cancel my contract. Threatened to soak me for a cancellation fee. I hope the pad PR they will receive is worth the $200

My family and I have been using Alex for over a year now. We had him first come out last year in November and just this month had to call him to come back. We never had any issues with insects, scorpions or spiders in 11 months!!! Alex came out today and now I can be sure to go another whole year with no worries ?

After finding several scorpions in the house and yard the weekend we moved into our new house, we called Family First. Our neighbors swore by them, and they were right! Josh came out and did an excellent job with perimeter treatments that redirected the scorpion trail away from our property. The few times we would see one, he was out within a day or 2 to re-treat (free if within 60 days of last treatment). He also shared his knowledge, patiently explaining how the various critters get around, and how.to deal with them. They only use quality products that are pet and kid safe, which is an important thing for us. Very satisfied!

These guys are the real deal in Phoenix. I had nothing but issues with our last 2 pest control companies, both wanted to up charge for things Insectek include. They are extremely detailed and my tech Kyle is beyond professional. He makes sure to ask if i've seen anything of concern and spends the time treating those areas thoroughly. I cannot recommend Insectek enough... Fantastic company, and i'm getting family members to switch over from their horrible contracts with the same provider I used to have. Do yourself a favor... save some money from those well known pest control companies, and go with a company like Insectek. You will not be sorry... But the bugs will!

Justin always provides superior customer service. He is dependable and always coordinates with us on a time to come and then lets us know when he is on his way. Last year we had a terrible infestation and Justin went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. Never have we had anything except exceptional service.

Called a weed control company 2 weeks ago and they finally showed up only to say that it was too windy and would call back to reschedule.They never did. I then called Fromms on Tuesday and talked to Nick.He said he could come the next day.He showed up on time,did the job,and left me a happy camper.He did a great job along with a year warranty.On top of that for a lot less money.He has a new loyal customer in me. ? Seth responded to my email I had sent the night before, the very next morning. He setup a time for me to meet with Chris the same day and worked with my hectic work schedule. I was able to leave work on time and was going to be at home early and it just so happens Chris said he could meet me at the earlier time as well. He arrive before me and after inspecting my place he assured me I didn't have any bed bugs. It was such a relief to have that off of my mind. Thanks Seth and Chris.

Moxie is the best pest control company that we ever used - from their scheduling and reminders to their servicing and products. We never had a problem with them and we're definitely going to continue to use them in the future. Our tech Cody F., did a great and thorough job at our house - he took his time and made sure everything was done right inside and out and got us ready for spring and summer monsoon bug season.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way.
