Shaun c treated my yard, he’s great. Always text’s me that he’s on his way and when he’s done if I’m not home. He made sure to treat all the ant holes I had in back and in front. He does a great job.

We use Orkin on a monthly basis and are pleased with the service.

Frontino’s has been great from the start. From knocking on my door and offering services in a non aggressive manner to following up politely they have been professional. They are very prompt, the guys coming out have always been well dressed and professional as well.

We recently had a roach issue that came up between normal services, they came out and addressed it with urgency and the guy who came out, Dan took the time to educate me about the problem and showed that he really cared about helping me resolve it. Today, Dan came back out for the normal service and immediately asked me about the roach problem to ensure we were satisfied and told me to continue following up with them at any point to make sure that particular problem was resolved.

Since using Frontino’s we have had no pest problems other than the roaches which were brought in due to storing furniture for a friend who had roaches - otherwise the normal services Frontino’s has provided work like they are advertised.

I recommended Frontino’s to one friend already, and will continue. Very happy with their service.

The worse 4 months of bird mites biting me and I m on blood thinners from heart surgery.My 8 yr old Cat s ears where bleeding from pigeons Feces on my Apartment windows.And I was put on meds for having no sleep bites all night.They eat up my purple mattress 2 weeks old all my pillows .Cleaned and vacuum washer is broken I tripled my electric bill for over 4 months.On SSI and no help

Had issues starting 2 years ago with squirrels and mice in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof. A friend recommended Serenity Pest Solutions. I never had pest problems in the past and assumed someone would show up, drop a few traps and come back to check them at some time. Wasn’t expecting much.

I was extremely pleased to see that Justin had a detailed strategy to rid my home of pests. He used bait, traps and cameras to identify and remove the rodents.

After eradication, he used his construction experience to patch all the cracks and crevices in the roof to prevent re-entry.

Have not experienced any problems in well over a year. No more spiders and scorpions either.

Justin has excellent communication skills and always coordinates monthly follow-up maintenance appointments as well as giving an in depth explanation of the pest removal process.

We do service every other month, only outside and in the garage, for almost two years now after getting tired of seeing crickets in our house with our previous bug service who came every month. We have not seen a cricket inside, ever! And when we saw a scorpion once outside, they came the next day to respray, no charge, no questions asked - just getting the job done! Thank you!

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer! I would not recommend this company. Absolutely the worst in customer service. They do not perform the inspections for termite bait stations per the annual contract unless you hound them to schedule. Good luck actually getting a hold of them in the first place. Then they do not even show up for the scheduled visit with no notification to change. When you finally are able to reschedule, they do not even show up for that. Then you get the audacity of receiving a renewal notice in the mail for another year of non-service.

I can not recommend these people to anybody.

I am writing this review because of Greg Brown, General Manager, of Phoenix Pest and Termite Control. Greg was extremely helpful, professional, polite, and knowledgeable!!! Greg helped rectify a customer service issue we had one day before his visit and was the epitome of professionalism!
