On our scheduled appointment Lisa was prompt and very thorough. She is very knowledgeable and professional. After receiving other estimates we went with Bill's and are extremely pleased. Casey, the technician, did an incredible job. He arrived on time, answered all our questions and concerns, and then went to work right away. He was neat and clean, and very conscientious about the work and our home. We are so very pleased with this entire experience and would highly recommend this company -- they have displayed the utmost in customer service and professionalism.

We have been using Blue Sky for over 10 years, they consistently exceed our expectations. Very professional, extremely thorough, and great reporting of exactly what was performed including type and amount of chemicals used. Although we have only had to call for an additional treatment a couple of times, when we did, they come right out and do an extra treatment at no extra charge, no questions asked.

We recently got our home treated by Jack. He is a great tech and did an amazing job treating the interior and exterior of our house. We are highly satisfied with today's treatment. Thank you Urban Desert!

Made an appointment for this evening for rodent control. Was given a window between 3 to 5 PM. It’s 5 o’clock and no one has showed up. Give them a call and they report there’s been a miscommunication error. No one else is available to come out today. So much for this company… Onto another one!

When Craig comes every other month he has been very knowledgeable & polite. When we have a question he always answers and never makes us feel stupid.Jason came in 7/15/19 to do a termite inspection and he was also wonderful. We even had some questions about need and he was wonderful with his answers and very knowledgeable.We have been extremely pleased with the people at Western Exterminator. Called Moxie as a new customer with an immediate need. Robert, went the extra mile to seek out a Tech. that could fit us in. Shortly thereafter we welcomed Josh aboard to assess the problem...ants...lots of ants!Josh turned out to be polite, professional and thorough. He explained the origin of our issues, and outlined a short & long term resolution for each. They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.
