Techs are courteous and professional. Their pest control is the best. They are very thorough and they listen to your concerns regarding pest activity. Customer service is awesome as well whenever I call I am greeted with a friendly voice and willing to help in any way possible, which nowadays is hard to come by. Been using Blue Sky Pest Control for years now and have always received great service.

I am giving green house pest control 4 stars for their service to remove bed bugs from my house. I am basing this score off of their customer service, their overall service quality and their cost of service.Their customer service was good but they sometimes don't answer the phone or may take a 4 hours to a 1/2 of a day to get back to you. But they will get back to you. There overall service was just as described, they even came back 3 weeks after my third service spray when I thought I was getting bite again. By the way the price was probably the best part. They were hundreds of dollars cheaper than everyone else and I had 6 estimates. OMG I don't know how i would pay 800 to 1K dollars for a spray service that seems so simplistic. BTW I looked up the chemical after taking a picture of the label; I looked up the information from the manufacture, the chemical mixture seemed rather standard for the method of bedbug removal. I don t know why I would pay someone a couple hundred more dollars to spay the same insecticides around my house as for 20-15 mins three times.I hoped this helps some of you guys out. I would hate for you to pay a couple hundred more for the same type of service using the same types of insecticides.Joseph King

I have used Burns for a number of years. They spray both inside and out. I have also used them for termites and for weeds. The person that comes to the house is always friendly and professional. My only problem is trying to find out when they are scheduled to come. I would like to know at least 2 weeks ahead of time so I can reschedule if need be or to be sure and be home when they are coming. This last time I received a card 2 days after the day it said they were coming. Luckily the person that was doing the work called earlier in the day to tell me I was scheduled and I could postpone for a week.

Our technician was extremely polite, professional and serviced our yard with great care, very nice young man with manners!

Josh has been taking care of my home for the past year. What I like most about Family First Pest Control is that you can tell he truly cares and takes pride in his work. Josh has taken steps beyond what is expected to make sure our pest needs are taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have been using Insectek for a couple of years now; first at my previous home in North Phoenix, and now at my current home in East Mesa. I have had only the best of experiences with their services; they are always on time, and are in and out quickly while doing a thorough job. They always ring the doorbell to ask you if you have any specific requests, which is greatly appreciated. Kyle has been servicing my home regularly and he is always very thorough and considerate. He even texted me when he found a baby rattlesnake in our backyard, and even though he was not allowed to get rid of it, he was kind enough to toss it over the back fence so my dog wouldn't find it; something I would have been to scared to do! A wonderful company that is prompt, thorough, fairly priced, and always kind in person and on the phone. Highly recommended.

Great company to work with and the products they use are fantastic. Kid and pet friendly which I love. No smelly odors or sticky stuff to watch out for. Dan has been the best when it comes to service and if I need a to reschedule he makes it happen.

The techs....ANDREW and NICK were excellent--- very very helpful and knowledgeable as well as went out of there way 2 be sure the holes were covered so the BIRDS didnt get back in the attic and helped with the bait/rodent boxes we needed refilled....March 22nd 2023...was the date of service ....and we will be setting up spray service 4 the garage once our current guests leave.... please be sure to give these 2 gentlemen extra coodos / high 5'ssss and hopefully a company THANK YOU!!

We got a very quick response and Chris was assigned as our technician. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, and provided us with different options tailored to our situation. He came back the next day and took care of the problem, and ending up finishing ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this company (and Chris in particular) if you have a bed bug problem.

We had a GREAT experience with Trojan Pest Control. They were very responsive to our questions, were able to come out quickly, the technician was on time and very professional. The price was extremely reasonable for the service. We will definitely being staying with Trojan for our future pest control needs.

I was a customer of Western Exterminator for over 8 years. When we sold our house in November to move out of state I called and cancelled our services. We had been billed bi-monthly and over paid by $50. At the time I was told it takes up to 5 weeks to get a refund. I called at the end of December because I hadn’t seen a credit and was told a refund would be issued. Again mid-January... a credit would be issued. Still unresolved by Jan 22 I asked to speak to someone higher up. The assistant to a district manager did finally call me back and said they would make sure the check would be mailed. Here we are on February 12. No check. No response. Nothing. I would have recommended this company but cannot based on this terrible customer service. When you call you can’t get through to anyone in the department that can actually help. Buyer beware of this company.
