Bills service was FAR superior to the other companies I contacted. They set up an appointment for the same day I called and actually came out and did a thorough search of the house for any evidence of termites. This was a nice touch in comparison to the other companies that just sent an email estimate based on the square footage of the house. They came out the next day and drilled into the concrete rather than simply putting a trench around the house. All in all my experience with Bills was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.
Our realtor heard about Alex and recommended him to us , Thank you Alex thanks for your patience. Thank you for taking care of us. I don’t know what more to say but we picked the right pest control guy. Btw no subscription, great prices and a nice guy with so much knowledge of the area and its intruders. Our technician is very reliable and does a great job. We have used Burns for over 15 years and are quite happy with their service. Their customer service department is always attentive to any reschedules we might need to do.

Been using this company for service since 2014 and have always been happy with their service. The technicians are always very friendly and anytime I need to call in to adjust scheduling, they are always very accommodating. The chemicals are effective and they don't stink up my house!

We have used Arizona Organic for years and years and Dan has always been our tech. He is awesome. Always has time to answer my questions and of course pet our dogs, who love him! He always texts me to let me know our service time is due and when he'll be here. When Dan was out for a medical issue, we sure missed him. It's great having him back!

I really would give no stars if I could. There was a termite treatment done at the very end of October on my home and here we are a month later and there are termite tubes (active) coming from my ceiling in my room. I then call because this is ridiculous that it would be less than 30 days and there are multiple tubes in my home! I spoke with other companies as well and they agree this SHOULD NOT happen. Then when trying to get someone back out here they are telling me it's going to be two weeks! I shouldn't have to wait when this shouldn't be happening in the first place. It's horrible when the job isn't done the first time. Clearly this was a poor job done. Then I was told by a second person at this company when I called a second time they could not come out for 90 days since my home was treated which she said would be February and then she changed it to January. But the previous employee told me mid December, So unfortunately there is quite a bit of inadequacy coming from this company. Please do not use them. Take your money elsewhere.

Hired Arizona Heat & Pest for some work at my residential rental properties. Sean Peck was my point of contact. Sean was extremely professional, knowledgeable and highly understanding of my situation. Despite this being a frustrating situation of having a terrible infestation of bed bugs, Sean and his coworkers made the process smooth and seamless. Since the treatment, there have been no more signs of bed bugs & I am extremely thankful that AZ Heat & Pest resolved this issue.

I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. This is a business that you can have full confidence in.

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.

When I was there, Frank & Patricia have treated me like another family member. They were kind, caring and always willing to help me out when needed. I would recommend this small family owned business for all your pest control needs!

Great company, owner actually came out and gave the estimate and explained everything that they would do to treat the termites. The crew was on time and answered questions and were very neat and put everything back to the way it was. I would highly recommend.

I called 520 for a rough estimate of services. Most to all, Termite companies charge per linear foot of treatment. A cost point to which a good business would already be knowledgeable about. But, I do not want to waste my time and the companies time. To bring a technician out to my residence, and possibly listen to sales pitch on services that I will inevitably not use!
