Moved to Phoenix recently and needed pest control because I found a scorpion in my house. When Jose arrived ready to take on the job, He actually calmed my fears such a delightful gentleman. I originally called green home pest control as I saw their ad on groupon and thought it would be a good deal. They began to come out and I continually had to have them come back. Then I called and asked how often they were coming out they told me bi monthly I asked them to come out at least every 25 days as we have been told in the past that the chemicals wear off about every 28 days. They Never changed our service plan so today I called to cancel and they tried to pull this ohhh well your under contract with us and you owe us $170 of a cancelation policy etc etc etc. Well sorry Green home but since you never got rid of my bugs you were in breach of the contract from the first time you came out.. PEST CONTROL COMPANIES ARE HIRED TO REMOVE PESTS !!!

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

I previously worked for this company as a termite technician learning the in and outs of the job also learning pest control ad I had. O previous experience but roger the owner wanted me to come aboard the team and I was thrilled at the least And I worked for them for almost days I went on numerious jobs and I had all kinds of issues from poor communication to driving to locations that were not scheduled spending countless hours of no production due to the process and i went to work everyday that was requested of me and worked proudly only To be scheduled for work on 2/28 then called into the office for “team meeting” only to find out I was being terminated and wasn’t provided any information other than we like the way you carry yourself and it’s not a good fit and that the owner was out of town so other staff had to provide me the message? Only to file unemployment and receive a letter of denial as the company says I was insubordinate but never had any warning or write up so I say this company was dishonest to an employee how can they be loyal to customers?
