We have been using Blue Sky for over 10 years, they consistently exceed our expectations. Very professional, extremely thorough, and great reporting of exactly what was performed including type and amount of chemicals used. Although we have only had to call for an additional treatment a couple of times, when we did, they come right out and do an extra treatment at no extra charge, no questions asked.

Moved into a new build, so I didn't know what to expect. I saw all the great reviews, so I made an appointment. Marissa was very sincere and explained how their rates work. Chad arrived for my appointment and explained everything he was doing, what chemicals were involved, and any possible issues with the any areas. This is the first time we used Action Termite and were very pleased with their service and work for treating termites. The inspection report and quote was very detailed and the sales rep Jason called and explained the process. The technician Bill arrived on time, was very competent in his work and did exactly what they said they would do for the termite treatment. He worked diligently for 2.5 hours, filled in all drilled holes and cleaned up when he was done. Will definitely use them again.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.
