Best Commercial Insect Control in Phoenix AZ

We had Bill’s termite come out and do an inspection on a home we bought. They were very knowledgeable and gave us a great price. Later that same week Chase was out treating our house. He did an amazing job and we could not be happier. He gave us all the information to help us do what is best for our home. We will be having them out every year, from now on to check that everything is good. Also to have our regular monthly pest control. Big thank you to everyone at Bill’s Pest and Termite Co.

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

These guys WILL NOT stop calling me despite repeated requests to be removed from their database. Their call centers just play games and will never transfer me to a corporate office and continue to give me the run around. I have never even done business with company nor would I at this point. Sales must be down and I can see why. I feel sorry for anyone that has done business with these people as I'm sure their phones get blown up constantly by their obsessive robocalls.
