Excellent customer service, great communication and the workmanship is fantastic. I was shown where they drilled every 12 inches for termite infestation service and refilled and I couldn't even notice. I would recommend them to anyone especially for the pricing and for the warranty time allotted.

I had used multiple pest control companies at my house for the past 5 years and always had a continuous scorpions. I thought I would just have to live with them forever. I can now say I haven't seen a scorpion for over 3 months now (A NEW RECORD!!!).

Alex, with Copper State came out. He was on time, friendly, and definitely knew way more about what he was doing than all the other techs from all previous companies I've used.

He went into detail about why what the last companies were doing wasn't working, and he also found entry points where the scorpions were getting in and sealed them up on the spot for me.

On top of all this great service he provided to me he also went way above and beyond and leaf blowed my yard to make it look nice and clean for no extra cost. Alex truly does care and it shows. I will now be using him and Copper State Pest Management for life!

Couldn’t be happier. Burns is the best. I used to be a technician for Burns Pest when I was younger, and because of what a good company I know they are, I use them now and have for many years. The technician I have assigned to my home, Joe Angelini has the best communication not only about the services, but with scheduling too. Seeing someone that takes such pride in his work, with great professional customer service, that is a pleasure to have in our home I felt the need to express my thanks to him and to the company he works for. Burns is a great company that I feel; has the best pest control application which causes the need for less resprays and extra appointments. You couldn’t go wrong with their services... and if Joe is your tech, then you will especially be taken care of.

Brandon and Andrew were awesome! They showed up to our commercial building within 48 hours of making the initial appointment. They were able to give us a quote within 5 mins of seeing the facility. The little buggers hitched a ride into our guest room in a small zippered bag of dominoes about a year ago. I freaked and read up on them and followed all the recommendations to get rid of them. We thought they were gone but when they bit our grandson who just moved to Phoenix last week it was war! We called several exterminators but decided on Arizona Heat and it was a great choice. Austin patiently and reassuringly walked us through the many steps to ready the house. Their price seems consistent with other companies with similar services. He and Johnny arrived promptly and kept us informed of progress. He advised of what to expect in the coming weeks. We definitely recommend Arizona Heat. I was also touched by the fact that they have respect for life and only kill insects when necessary to make life bearable.

The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.

This is a fantastic service. It's hard enough to know you have to call someone because of pests in your home - in my case mice - I was totally creeped out.

When Tyler came he said he would take care of everything and he did. He emptied cabinets, vacuumed, moved and cleaned behind my washer and dryer, and put everything back perfectly. He is one of the nicest and most pleasant persons I have ever met.

The rates are reasonable le and if five is the highest star rating , rating they deserve ten.
