We are currently renting an Airbnb in Scottsdale and started noticing scorpions in the backyard in the grass around the pool. We called a few pest control companies we found on Google, and either we got no response or we were told that it would be weeks before anyone could come help us. We tried calling Urban Desert and the owner, Brad, came out personally and sprayed the yard for us on the same day! We couldn't believe it. We expected to be told that we would have to wait a few days, if we could even get someone out at all. Brad was friendly, professional, and literally saved our time at this AirBnB. With shelter in place, I think we would have gone crazy not being able to use the backyard.Thank you so much, Urban Desert! You rock!

The appointment setters never give a time frame when they text and email you the appointment date. I always have to ask what time the tech will be out its so annoying.

Not only he did a great job he also helped me to install the ring. Great guy. He comes every 2 month. Keep my place safe. Highly recommend Alex. 5 stars ⭐️

Services 11 locations for us and do a great job. Techs are professional and communication is top notch. If we do have an issue (it is rare but happens) they respond immediately and get the situation corrected quickly.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Josh at Family First Pest control. He is always respectful and kind. I rarely see bugs around the outside of my home….and have never found one inside since I started with this company several years ago.

Zack L. was extremely courteous and professional!! He walked me through every step of the process, ( because I'm one of those guys who wants to understand the work that I'm paying for), and he answered all of my questions. He explained what treatment was necessary, (did not try to force my decision), though I did opt for a full treatment, because this is my house after all.I will update this review in a few months, after seeing, first - hand, how well it works. We've been customers of Arizona Organic for about a year & a half now. Our technician is Justin & he is fantastic! He treats our property every other month. He always communicates before each visit to reconfirm & asks if there is anything in particular for that treatment that needs to be addressed. During our time with AZ Organic, a couple pest issues have arisen for which I've reach out to Justin and he has always been responsive & has fit in an extra visit to treat the problem at no additional cost. He is always, reliable, friendly & very professional. We are extremely happy with Arizona Organic & Justin, and highly recommend them!

I had some signs of termites in a section of my wall and some signs of past issues, so I was in need of finding a group to help my situation.The first person who came to my home and do an assessment was very personal and professional. Their service seemed reasonably priced, so I agreed to their treatment along the perimeter of my home and along the inside wall line of the troubled area. The two who did the treatment were efficient and friendly as well. The treatment has looked effective so far, so I'm hoping it will root out my termite issue and I can turn to Action Termite & Pest Control for any annual touch up/maintenance to keep my house termite free.

Excellent service. Tony is my usual guy and he makes everything easy. And seems to have taken care of the scorpion problem I moved into!

He was supposed to spray both the inside and the outside of my house. I paid $110 and he only sprayed the outside. He then lied and said the tenants did not want him to come into the house. Total lie. He made no effort to make it right.

We called for an inspection of bed bugs in our house. We saw the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint!! Luckily there was a cancellation in their schedule so they were able to come out same day. Austin came out to do the inspection and he was quick, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thankfully no pests were found, but we know who to call going forward to help us out. I’m ready to invite Austin over for dinner we loved him so much!! (: please use this business for your pest control needs. I am so thankful to have found this company and will be referring them to everyone we know. We can’t say thank you enough!!

I used Trojan's inspection service for a home purchase. They were referred to me by my RE agent. Timely, thorough, patient with all my inquiries, professional, and priced affordably. You get more than you pay for. The report is complete and any deficiencies at the property are line-itemed, pointed out in the field, and explained. Great service. Highly recommended.

Awesome company!! I had MasterTech treat my home for termites and a year later they called ME to do the yearly warranty termite inspection. Wasn't expecting such great service. Then several month later I stumbled across termite frass (feces) and called them. No questions whether the frass was old or new they promptly came out and re-treated. Great company, worth doing business with them for the peace of mind. Also, Jordan who did the re-treat is a very sweet professional young man.

The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.

I live in one of the old estate lots of Arcadia, and we have roof rats! Tyler came out and made some recommendations, set some traps and I have not had a problem since. Great work guys! Highly recommend.
