She recommended bimonthly treatments and got me on the schedule for the next day! The technicians are always on time or early and give thorough treatment every time and I really just love Urban Desert.

We have used Family First Pest Control since we bought our home well over a year ago. Their service is very thorough. We love it- no bugs outside or inside our home! They respond promptly to any inquiries we make, we also briefly had an issue with pack rats that they eliminated promptly.

UPDATE: The owner called personally to address the issue and it was resolved within 48 hours of business reopening on Monday. Emergency weekend service would have been nice, but this was an impressive response from a customer service perspective. Updating review from 2 to 4 stars. Let's hope it holds up. Much appreciated!!---I'll update this once the problem is resolved. For now, 2 stars. Bird exclusion completed and literally had birds getting through the netting and getting themselves trapped the next day. Then no responses all weekend since they're closed - emergency call servuce is meaningless if no techs available. Not impressed for first service.

James is a very nice person and has a lot of knowledge with his job. He takes the time to answer my questions and gives me suggestions how to help eliminate the ants and spiders.

I spoke with Sean and he is definitely an expert on killing bed bugs. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me realize that I don’t have them right now but I should see a dermatologist to see what type of bites or rash is on my skin. I thought it was bed bugs because I have ptsd from a past bed bug experience 10 years ago and was grateful for his advice.
