The estimator, Earl, was a pleasure to work with. The explained the roof repair, the benefits, financing options and expectations. Great job the whole way through.

Estimate was done in very professional manner. Office people were very friendly. Price was competitive. Crew worked very fast. I was happy with their work and entire process.

Sheldon Murphy, owner, came to give a roof replacement estimate for my wife and me and our roof-mate on our duplex building in Sun City in mid-March. His estimate was the first we had gotten recently but his price was so good and he was so personable and responsive to our questions that we both signed contracts on the spot. In ten days Sheldon's large crew came early morning and worked until evening to nearly complete the entire job! Because TSM uses their own towable dump trailers we didn't have a trailer in our driveway overnight. The crew protected our grass and bushes well with large drop cloths throughout the tear-off and re-shingling. A crew member went over both yards with a magnetic tool to pick up any stray nails. Sheldon was on site the first morning and for the finish-up the following morning. I can't imagine a roofing project going any faster or more trouble-free, or with a better result. A very big thank you to Sheldon and his crew.

It's been a rough couple of years, so when my shop's roof began to leak I wasn't happy. Fortunately I called RENCO as a second estimate. They came in for less money, were prompt, professional and pleasant. They even worked around my solar company to repair my roof BEFORE the monsoon hit. We have already referred them to others. 5 stars!

I needed to do a complete tear off and reset of my 30 year old roof and didn't really know where to start. I had one company come out who wanted to install a synthetic underlayment. Craig came out and bid the project and was very informative. He explained a lot to me, helped me understand what I was getting and why, and helped me choose the double felt underlayment instead. Craig told me to get 3 bids and let me know he wouldn't be the cheapest (but he wouldn't be the most expensive). I went with Brown because I felt more confident working directly with the company owner than a sales person-- I felt Craig knew what he was talking about, had good reviews, and didn't try to oversell me on his company. His crew arrived on time every day. They completed the job on time (save a delay in final paint finishing because of rain) and cleaned up really well. (I had no idea how much debris was involved!) Craig took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was informed on the project. I am very pleased with the product and the experience and I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!
