With an extremely clean job site the whole way through. (Not even a nail left behind).

They did a great job re-foaming my roof. They stand by their work. Someone always comes by after job is done to see that everything is done to our satisfaction. They had to alter a minor problem I caught 2 months later and they promptly fixed it.

After several bids, we chose Brown Roofing. Craig and Jesse were great to work with along with the crew. We have a flat roof that didn’t get much love over the years and a few other companies suggested to foam it, just to get more money out of us. Brown Roofing said all it needed was a seal coat as it was never done before and saved us thousands!

I received a few quotes and kyko was the most transparent and detailed roofer I dealt with. The crew was professional and picked up at the conclusion of each shift. They worked a Saturday to finish in advance of a rain storm. I’d highly recommend.

Family run, honest and hard-working. Almeida replaced our roof 10 years ago, and did an excellent job. Recently, we had some damage from a microburst, and they came out to replace the damaged shingles. They are timely, informative, and do great work. The fact that I didn't use this company's service is a testament to their integrity and professionalism. I had a roof leak that caused water damage to our house and had three different roofer inspect and troubleshoot the damage. I couldn't be impressed with Mike. He took the time to explain possible causes along with different options to remedy the issue. He explained exactly how I could repair the damage myself as it would be a very simple fix and not worth the cost of his company performing the work. Still, he provided me with an estimate, which was less than half of one of the other roofers. To address the drywall damage from the leak, he referred me to a drywaller directly so as to save me additional fees his company would have to charge. Mike provided truly incredible service for absolutely no cost.

This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

We really love our metal Vertex roof. Craig was very helpful throughout the process. The work was done when promised, and they even came out and did the underlayment prior to their start date to help us keep our remodel on schedule. We followed their recommendations, even though there were additional costs, but the end product is amazing!

Alex was absolutely amazing he did a wonderful job on my roof I highly recommend Phoenix roofing.
