We had our roof replaced by Craig and his company last week. This is not something I took lightly. We're are literally talking about the roof over my family's head. I had several estimates and spent a lot of time taking to people who knew the industry. I chose Craig because he's local, runs a family business, and was willing to stand by his work. The price wasn't the cheapest we were quoted but also not the highest by a long shot. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Craig's workers were professional and took time to clean up after themselves. We did have an issue with my AC unit blowing a fuse twice. You can tell a lot about a person how they handle adverse situations. We realized the AC was out after-hours. I reached out to Craig and he was all over it. The AC was up and running quickly and Craig took care of it. He was contrite and did whatever he needed to make sure it was fixed. That's good customer service. I recommend Craig and Brown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

The repairs estimate was in our budget from this roofing company. They assured me that even in my absence the work will be done properly. I had to go out for a meeting. I was relaxed as they were in touch with me all the time while I was away, on the repairs work.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! (Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

I cannot think these guys enough for helping me out with what I need it last minute a storm hit my roof and took down 20 tiles and they were so efficient and so fast so organized I am so happy to use them And I will continue to use them in the future best roof company ever

He was very helpful gathering and explaining samples and aesthetic options quickly and was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner. The crew came on time and knocked out the project in one day! Great quality!

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.
