Jeff was always accessible during the whole project. He was always a phone call away. He really delivered when the project was going on. After it was all done last year he stood behind all the small stuff. I would highly recommend them.

We had our roof done by Allstate a few weeks ago and we had a great experience with this company. They did quality work, they were punctual and very communicative throughout the whole process and great to work with. We worked with Chad (the owner), Nelson, Brad, Veronica and Alli and they were all awesome and very informative. Our roof looks amazing, I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality roofer with great customer service!

The great Monsoon of 2021 was too much for my rolled flat roof in Glendale, AZ. I enjoy waterfalls, but not in my living room. I contacted three roofing companies but elected to choose Lyon's Roofing as the company I would entrust with my business.

The estimator was professional and gave me several options to consider. I eventually decided on a foam roof as my best alternative. I watched a YouTube video that showed me the process that goes into a foam roof, which was very helpful to me.

Lyon's roofers arrived on time, and were very kind and very competent. Jeff the project manager patiently answered all of my questions and followed up with the crew. They worked very hard in hot summer conditions. Lyon's Roofing did a wonderful job. I am so glad I chose Lyon's Roofing, and highly recommend them to help you out if you are considering a new roof for your home. Thank You Lyons Roofing!!!

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

Mikku gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to schedule and complete the work promptly. Yesterday a month later, I noticed a loose tile, Devin came by this morning and took care of the tile for me. Really appreciate the service I received. I highly recommend Mikku for any roof work you have.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

Took care of my roof leak in a timely manner, priced right and great to work with. Would reccomend to anyone looking for roof work that needs to be done on their home.

I had a great experience with Multi Pro while they installed a new roof for me. Specifically the Project Manager, Alex Danesi. He was very helpful gathering and explaining samples and aesthetic options quickly and was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner. The crew came on time and knocked out the project in one day! Great quality!

The underlayment on our roof was replaced last year by Hardacker Roofing.
I just realized that I had not taken the time to write a review so I apologize for being late.
My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Clyde had provided. In fact we just referred him to our next door neighbor for a similar job.
They were fast , professional, neat and their price was fair.

Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

If you are looking for a metal roof these are the guys - this is ALL they do. Had a great experience with the salesman Alex, field rep Jim and office staff Lori. Our roof was in bad shape and while Vertex couldn't get to our house immediately, they did tarp our roof pending the install. The crew removed the old shingle roof and did a great clean-up job. The metal roof was installed professionally and long before promised. Our home looks better, has increased in value and we couldn't be happier!
